  2. Unfortunately this is normal. The carnival website been very glitchy for a few months causing random booked cruises to disappear from the cruise manager page . I too have been having the same problem

  6. depending on how the upgrade was process. it is usually a cancel and rebook. you lose all of the promotions you had before and will get the new today promotions and perks. if you bid for an upgrade using the upgrade advantage program and won, that upgrade is different and you keep off existing promotional perks and offers
  7. i stayed in many solo studio cabins and never meet or heard anything about the social host/solo coordinator. how do you meet and where?

  12. On my all of my previous carnival cruises they always had two gangway setup to get of the ship. the other gangway is on deck 2 by the cabins that is always the least crowded is both gangways broken or just one?
  13. the flavors change daily. there is the usually standard like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry plus a lot more
  14. make sure you look at each line item correctly and carefully. some ta like to lump the port tax, gratuities, and free at sea together as one one item that usually says port taxes and fees. the invoice system that ta uses may not able to break down what the actual port taxes are
  15. you use the app when you onboard the ship and connected to the ship wifi network the hub app is useless when not on a cruise, its just countdown clock
  16. not strict, luggage is not weighted its a suggestion to make it 50 pounds or less. They are lots of people that handle luggage and they need to be able to lift and move your luggage around
  17. if you both need wifi at the same time, you will need the 2 device package you can share the wifi account but only one device can be signed in at a time
  18. skip it, they will take better photo at the terminal
  19. once you connect to the ship wifi network, the hub app will tell you everything you need to do
  20. black friday is when they have the sale. 20 dollars per device is about the average price for internet these days when buying it not on sale. on sale it will typically be about 17-18 dollars per device
  21. its not strict like the airport. bring the full bottle of everything you need
