I was booked on the Spirit for B2B cruises in December 2024. They were cancelled by NCL. Ship is going to sail out of Taiwan.

My husband and son both went to college in the finger lakes region. Loved going on the wine tours there. -

I was on the Jade sailing B2B this past Nov/Dec. Athens-Cape Town. Shows were at 7 and 9. Will be sailing the Jade again in August, Greek itinerary. You should definitely enjoy it. The crew was great! By the way we were from Guilderland 🙂 Now in sunny and HOT Florida 🙂 -

NCL Spirit Spring 2024 and 2025 Sailings Disappear
BigRedFan replied to Aquarius_traveler129's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
I still have not received the "official" email but my Cruise rep sent me a copy of it. So, once again I am trying to find an Australia itinerary. In the meantime I booked an Asia sailing on Celebrity Solstice that sails Singapore to Hong Kong and visits quite a bit of Vietnam. That takes the place of the NCL Bali - Singapore that was cancelled. So, I am happy with this since it has so many Vietnam ports. Hoping that the end of 2025 will open up more Australia choices. Thanks, I just checked my site page and the 2 cruises no longer show up but I haven't received my deposits back yet and still no notice from NCL. Very upsetting, this was my 4th attempt for the Australia trip. Genzi -

I am scheduled for that cruise and I haven't received anything from NCL saying it is cancelled yet. Has anyone received an official notice? -
Yes, Alaska is an excellent read prior to visiting.

I am so sorry, I hope that your life journey brings you surprises that are wonderful. I have a motto I read years ago that helps me get through surprises not planned for. "Everyday is either a lesson or a blessing." Certainly you could write a book about travels with your father. It would bring so much joy to those who read it. 🙂

Thank you for this, I read every page and it made my morning! You are a wonderful daughter and your Dad seems delightful. The memories you are making are priceless and you definitely have to publish your travels together. I will be on the Jewel next year on a B2B, 1st Japan and then the transpacific back to AK. Can't wait to try some of your experiences there. Hannah Han is wonderful. She was on my most recent cruise on the Sun. Very personable and also efficient. Enjoy your adventures at sea with Dad and please keep putting smiles on the faces of those of us who read about your escapades. 🙂 Genzi

I'm sailing on the NCL Jewel Japan & transpacific next year and on the NCL Spirit Australia to Bali & Bali to Singapore next December 🙂 Are you on those sailings? Genzi

For me it was definitely Antarctica followed by Alaska, Norwegian Fjords. I agree with the "sail-in" to Malta, exquisite! Next year will be sailing to Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia and a transpacific back to Alaskan ports I haven't been to. I am sure that these will offer many more stunning vistas. Genzi

Your photos are wonderful! the ship looks beautiful. Can't wait to sail on her again next year; Australia-Bali & Bali-Singapore B2B. Genzi

I was on the Athens-Cape Town cruise in Nov/Dec. Wildlife excursions were wonderful in Souith Africa! especially the Hluhluwe.

I am also on that cruise; my experience on NCL has not to have lecturers but most recently on the Athens-Cape Town sailing we actually put a note in the suggestion box at Guest Services requesting some lecturers and they did so. By no means were they like a college lecture, just basics with a power point. It was done by a staff member who had been a teacher for 15 years. I would be one who would definitely appreciate having lectures on this upcoming sailing. Genzi -

Sea days are wonderful! The Freestyle Daily will have numerous offerings. My favorite thing is to go up to the Spinnaker Lounge (depending on which ship) and read. Beautiful panoramic windows. Sometimes the guest entertainers may have a rehearsal so you are treated to a bit of their performances. Enjoy!

Just off the Jade, they have a Starbucks in the atrium.
