Many of you will recall our disappointment at the cancellation of our original inaugural Sun Princess cruise after following the build all that time. And then my job meant we could not fit in our later cruises on her. Well Princess UK PR offered us a spot on their media cruise roster (we are bloggers) and we are now onboard for 6 days! The ship is a complete maze but we are trying to do our normal cruise activities (sat in Princess Live! waiting for a quiz currently) with some extras thrown in. I am sure most of the questions have been answered in CanadianBurgers excellent Live From so I will keep this low key - if you have any burning questions please ask.

Just boarded today and got our Elite Welcome Letter - the PES longe is currently being held in Crooner's on Deck 8 Midship 3:30 to 5pm

Yes it is curious. Although they do have the Love by Britto link to art, it's not the same as one of those lucrative Park West type arrangements!

Nope there isn't - but someone made the decision to prevent further bookings.

I'm guessing bookings and pending transactions will be cancelled - just like those early Love by Britto bookings.

It's appeared for one night only and disappeared. Could be they made a mistake and will have to correct after the weekend. This happened before with early Love by Britto bookings when everyone received a refund.

Don't know so looking for more information as I love lobster and my other half won't do a full meal at Catch by Rudi - the exact words in the review were: An unadvertised benefit- free lobster rolls for lunch at “the catch by Rudy’s” and they are loaded with lobster.

Hey Marty, just regular trawling of the usual media sites - insta, FB, X, Google News and using the search on Il Piccolo, It's bound to be quiet for the early build stages and Sun is getting a lot of the coverage at the moment.

Sun Princess has finally made it to Santorini!

Just been reading some of first cruisecritic reviews for Sun Princess and feedback is as expected in most cases. One point was made about missing venues like a chapel and a library but also an art gallery. No dedicated space on the deck plan and there don't appear to be any art auctions advertised in the patters! Another interesting nugget was that there are apparently free lobster rolls for lunch at “The Catch by Rudi’” and they are loaded with lobster. I guess they mean these are available at the stations in that area of the Eatery? Can anyone confirm?

Only seen these which were posted for you on the original Sun Princess thread. I believe an S9 is the same as a mini suite but with Signature benefits including a coffee machine. Until we see an actual S9 video, this video of a reserve mini suite should give you a good idea.

Slots for our future booking in September were available last night but are now longer showing. Have they been trigger happy again? This has echos of their releasing Love by Britto bookings and then cancelling them all!
