I saw another thread on here saying that on a recent Dawn curse, there was no priority boarding for CAS bookings. I was under the impression that CAS guests always got priority boarding. Any CAS guests sail the Breakaway lately? Is there priority boarding for CAS? Anyone know the boarding order? Special needs, Haven, CAS..etc??? Thanks!!

Try the tomahawk ribeye in Cagneys.. pretty sure it's vegan friendly :p:p
-
Thanks Brian! Besides Cagney's- which other 2 do you like the best? (Provided you've eaten at them)
I booked a night at the Brazilian steakhouse and I want to stick with the Manhattan room for the rest of my non sdp nights
Cagneys, IMO, is the best pay-for restaurant. Our 2nd favorite is a tie between Le Bistro, and Teppanyaki. Moderno isn't bad, we just aren't crazy about it. If you are used to good Italian food, don't even bother with La Cucina. It's Olive Garden quality IMO.

TTT! Anymore good casino stories?

Weirdest thing that ever happen to me on a cruise was I walked out of the casino... a winner!

We didn't see any, and I was keeping a lookout. The Gem was frequent, but the Breakaway didn't seem to have the room...DH just informed me there was one that was super quick and lasted less than an hour before they extinguished the coals. Perhaps things have changed since 2016
Thanks! I was on the Breakaway a couple years ago, and can't remember seeing any BBQ's, sailing again soon, so was curious. Thanks again!

Just wondering if the Breakaway does the poolside BBQ'a, like the other NCL ships?

My experience at Cocoa Beach was not that great. Area seemed a little trashy to me.

I did the wall on the Breakaway last year, zero experience climbing, and had no problem getting to the top at the hardest level. If you're experienced, I can't see it being very challenging for you.

If you know they are going to be tired and ready for bed, then pick them up and take them back to the cabin like good parents.
wow.. just wow (n)

^ Strange. My friend sailed 4/30 and he had it. He even showed me several pix of the Tomahawk from Cagneys.

I sailed the Norwegian Jewel last October. I was playing the gold fish slot. It was a 2 cent machine. I played .50 cents a spin. I started with 10 or 20 dollars and I walked away with over 80 dollars. I went and put 70 dollars in the safe. I played like this all week. I had enough money to purchase all my gifts and things in port. We were at the piano bar most of the time and when the piano player took a break I told my friend I was going to the casino and would be back for the next set. The piano bar is next to the casino so very convenient. I was gone 5 minutes and my friend thought I had lost. I hit 120 dollar bonus. Off to safe to put money away. I think I only lost one night. I had left for the trip with under 100 dollars and came back with about 130 dollars. I realize this isn't usual but I was quite happy. Good luck with whatever you decide t play and have fun.

Thanks! If I end up even at the end of the cruise, I consider that a win!

I read earlier this week that the tomahawk steak is no longer available in Cagney's.
My friend is just off the Breakaway this past Sunday, and I can CONFIRM he had a tomahawk Ribeye in Cagneys.

Glad I'm not the only one that had issues with Ahmed, wanted to make sure it wasn't just us! It was my honeymoon cruise, and only time in a suite. He seemed as tho he could care less about us. He had a problem with each one of my requests, which BTW were very few. I hope he's been fired.

Not to be missed LOL
