I booked 14409 (D1) - Premium Deluxe in the Sphere in Feb 20024 for March 2025. From what I see of the announcement I may have lucked out with access to the Sanctuary Club etc. However the Princess website now offers both Premium Deluxe and Sanctuary cabins that were previously all Premium Deluxe. Yes, I am confused too. Did I really luck out or is it a pipe dream?

Does anyone have pics or info on 14409 on the sphere, Is the balcony extra long, dark? Are there loungers?

I asked for the "fancy cakes" a few times on the Enchanted in Feb as desert in the MD. Waiter in MD did not know what I wanted. Maitre d"t came over and arranged it. Had Black Forest cake one night and Red velvet cake.

Can I make it from Port Everglades to MIA for a 11.20 am flight? If so what's the best transportation?

I have booked 14409 on the sphere (D1)for next March. The balcony seems extra long - and possibly claustrophobic.. Has anyone stayed in this cabin? I believe it has 2 chairs AND 2 lounger. Looking for info on whether I should keep it or move elsewhere.

We are flying out of YYZ to FLL on Feb 24. My card expires on Feb 10 and although we have renewed on line and the Nexus renewal cost shows up on my Visa we have received no information. Two questions: Will we be able to use the Nexus line in YYZ and will Air Canada recognize the expired card and provide us with "TSA approved" on our boarding passes in YYZ and on return at FLL? Anyone experienced this?

First cruise on Celebrity after over 25 cruises on HAL and Princess. Yes, ship is in great shape. Staff great. MDR entrees better than Princess. Did not like Ocean View Cafe. No flow and people bumping into each other. Comedian magician great and OK for family. Expected a quieter crowd - I believe the "all in" contributed to the noise level. Unfortunately all ABC ports have changed entry into the towns since we last visited, making for long walks - in the rain and wind. Shuttles, as in many other ports, would have been appreciated. Princess and HAL have more venues for entertainment. The singer from the Celebrity band sang "At last" - one of the best I have ever heard. So, for the most part, positive, but our next cruise will be back to Princess.

Take a taxi. We tried Uber in Feb. Ordered using Wifi in terminal but lost connection at curbside. Did eventually find our Uber but was charged extra "wait time". He was next to us and by chance we saw him and asked if he was our ride. Not worth the hassle,

Live 20 mins from YXU - Have used Terminal 1 parking (YYZ) in the past. Trip in December is 11 days and costs $324. Rental car from YXU to YYZ (including drop off) is $142. (Big box) Rental car from YYZ to YXU is $146 (ExPxxxx) No brainer - cheaper and no concerns about my car getting damaged/stolen at parking lot in Toronto_

Cross at Sarnia (Bluewater bridge) Have Nexus - 5 mins) but even without nexus usually no longer than 30 mins. Sometimes stay at Fairfield Inn the night before.( next to quikpark).They have deals where you can stay and get a few nights free parking included. Quikpark is fenced and secure not like the lots at YYZ. CAA - 10 percent discount if you don't stay at hotel. Delta has great flights to FLL and an 11.10 am flight return. Great for cruising. Pick up duty free on the way down and leave it in car for return

We live in London and always fly from Detroit. No issues for 15 years. Park at Quikpark. No hang-ups with customs at YYZ. Delta has great flights.

Have cruised over 25 times with HAL and Princess and have had no issues with sparkling water on board. This is first Celebrity cruise and have the classic package, Can I buy bottles of Pellegrino in Ft Lauderdale and take them on board?

Taxi issues have appeared here before. Not sure if this is a new scam. Disembarked port on Saturday to terminal 2 at FLL. Asked cab driver if meter was on. He said yes, but I couldn't see it. Straight route to a/port - no traffic. When we arrived at airport he suddenly pressed a button and the meter appeared showing $24.95. I said I usually pay $14 or $15 and he said the meter was not showing because the reflection bothers his eyes when he is driving. I stated that I never saw the meter when we got in and he may have already put in something before we started. Said I am not paying $24.95 and his response was " whatever". Gave him $16 which didn't seem to bother him.

Currently on Caribbean Princess. (in front of you) Fortunately no yahoos on board that we have seen. Over 500 kids on board so more than a little crowded, There are 4 consecutive cabins next to us with 4 passengers in each cabin. We also missed Roatan, and Cost Maya today. Many, including us did not take the 30 min shuttle to Belize City because of the high winds. Just happy to see some warm sunshine

Go to your cabin and check if your medallion will open the door. Last cruise in December (Regal) opened at 11.45 am

Regal has the night lights. Just remember that anything with a lithium ion battery has to be in carry on luggage when flying.

Used taxi last week from Port (T2) to FLL (delta) Driver said min'm fare was $16. Sign on cab window said min'm fare would be $13. Ensured the meter was running. Came to $13.60. Gave driver $16.

I do not need medical coverage but have always purchased coverage from Princess for "cancel for any reason". I am planning a cruise with Celebrity but believe their "cancel for any reason" is only available for Americans. Does anyone know if "cancel for any reason" is available somewhere.
