  1. Same. We went on a river cruise in 2015, beginning in Budapest and ending in Luxembourg. My wife was telling everyone we were going to Dubai.
  2. Looking forward to following along. I know that fun will be had by all!
  3. My brother and sister, both in the healthcare field, say stick with traditional Medicare, as the Advantage plans don't want to pay. Private business are all about profit. I'm still 4+ years away from that decision, but already know what it will be.
  4. When we were on the POA in 2011, they sold wine packages. We purchased 6 unopened bottles that were delivered to our cabin. Perhaps things have changed.
  5. Hmm. I've done it on every cruise since I became Platinum.
  6. That explains why you might not finish your bottle! 🙂
  7. Yes, your TA should take care of this for you. If not, you probably should find a new one for next time.
  8. On the Breakaway last January, the bowl games were not shown anywhere. Can't say about the Epic, but I suspect it would be the same.
  9. Thanks for sharing your trip! We did a similar sailing in 2018, and it was wonderful.
  10. It does seem to depend on the ship. It used to be that the specialty restaurants offered to have the dessert delivered to your room. On the Breakaway earlier this year, I asked about that option in Cagney's, and was told the room service charge would apply. So I think it turned out to be about $13 to have it delivered. I asked about taking it with us, and was told that was not allowed.
  11. @graphicguy if you are still looking for a Prima cruise, we are going on the Prima transatlantic on April 27. 15 glorious days!
  12. Glad it worked out, and that your experience apparently does not represent a new change in the rules.
  13. Hurray! So glad to see your adventure has begun. Have a great time, and thanks for sharing!
