  1. 48 hours and counting. Still won't allow me to enter my booking number. Sent out an email to Ocean Navigator. Will see how long that takes. Got my voyage back. I knew @Steelers36 would come through for me. As soon as I typed in the first letter, it popped up from my address memory. Not even going to try to update my sister. Will wait until the last minute to complete her Medallion App. She won't need much "fixing".
  2. You do not need to go through your TA for Future Cruise Deposits. An agent or live chat can extend the deadline and/or refund your certificate. The only thing Princess will not do if you are working with a TA is give you any financial information and/or modify your booking $$$. Anything outside of your booking can be handled by phone.
  3. @Thrak@Steelers36@ anyone. Do you have the email address to Ocean Navigator? I have it somewhere, but too lazy to look it up. Agree, works 95% of the time "on the ship". Terrible pre-cruise for set up. ALWAYS at least one issue trying to get everything entered for cruise. ALWAYS !
  4. Today’s report. Progress on Tablet: they have the correct voyage listed. Still unable to enter booking number (but voyage is listed….go figure. iPnone not updated with new version. Still broken. “Tiz the season to be jolly, Fa La….. Oh what follies I have to look forward to, Fa La …..”
  5. I don’t understand why op can’t access crew appreciation in his/her personalizer under credits. I was recently able to pre-pay crew appreciation through the website. Unless Princess decided that too many are thinking ahead and blocked this.
  6. It was having problems before I updated the app. But, the app didn't fix the issues. Spoke to my daughter/son-in-law, both software developers....they recommend Princess find another provider.
  7. The simple answer is yes, your watch will automatically display time on phone. The not so simple answer is sometime you need to "trick" your phone into a time zone. For instance, traveling to Hawaii. I take it off of automatic and set it according to the zone we are entering. During the summer, that is Pacific Daylight Saving Time (CA), somewhere in Canada (can't remember now), Alaska, then Hawaii Standard Time. This coincides with the ships moving +/-1 hour this way or that. I made the mistake once, moving the hours in the wrong direction...in an inside cabin...and woke up in time for lunch.
  8. Alert to all IOS users. Medallion Class App was updated today December 6, 2022. And, yup, you guessed it....total failure. I was checking on an upcoming cruise. Can't link booking ("booking has already been claimed"). Three bookings that I had on hold have been cancelled. (two by me/one that I just made final payment on). Could not get any further into app without "current booking number" Deleted app/re-installed most current version. Still nothing. Lost: Medallion order/Medallion Net payment/Dine My Way reservations/pre-paid gratuities (on the app). Solution: Live Chat. His comments (after my rant which I apologized for): "To be transparent, there are some glitch on the medallion application." "Allow us 24-48 hours to fix this issue." He did verify that "all was not lost" and would automatically be recovered. He could "see" my payments. Reservation is still on my Personalizer. I was able to confirm that my medallions for next year would be sent to me without a charge (won't hold my breathe). Did you order Complimentary or Customized Medallion ? Me: 5:08:41 PM Complimentary Angelo M. 5:09:12 PM If you have ordered complimentary you will not be charged for shipping fee. Will this nightmare ever end?
  9. Are you wanting mini suites to connect or concerned about the door? If you want connecting, why don't you look into a family suite? May be comparable to 2 minis.
  10. Thanks for trying to verify this question. I can see a bunch of angry passengers who are expecting their order but not expecting a $10 collection fee. I, for one, don't like changes. Is it my imagination or has Princess been tossing out changes willy nilly the past year?

  12. At least you got the coupons. I've never received them....ever....for any of my cruises. And why can't the 20% off liquor be used toward your Beverage Plan????? You do spend more than $100 at one time. And wow....You can now "lose" $20 + free $10 in the casino. And everyone wants the free Platinum print after sitting through the sales pitch. Lucky You.

We'll share more details later, but for now know that you'll be able to keep your current Plus or Premier package at the existing price or upgrade to the new enhanced package. After all, we know you love options! Later does no one any good. Does the wording mean that your old plan will not include those wonderful extras (desserts/classes/etc)?
  14. I can just see it now.... You are at the dessert bar/Vines/Crooners etc with the "old" plan. Now there are 4 that have to be screened: Old Princess Plus New Princess Plus Old Princess Premier New Princess Premier Some passengers have already had to deal with incorrect posting of drinks they did not buy. What a nightmare.

  16. Not "only available for suites". No blue bags. Very sparse elite/suite amenities (first day/emory board and shower cap). But my "GREAT" steward "found" a few extra things.

  20. I have also seen price increases when purchasing a shore excursion onboard. There really is no advantage for waiting and lots of disadvantages such as selling out or price increase. At the same time, I have had excursions cancelled....days...before the port with nothing replacing and slim picking from what is left.
  21. This is an excellent sales point for buying Future Cruise Deposits (FCDs). That's pretty steep. Hopefully you will find some $1 deposits.
  22. Exactly. As I always demonstrated fractions in my math class using a chocolate cake. No matter how you sliced it, I got to lick the chocolate frosting off the knife (carefully) !
  23. Yes, when I hit that tell me more button, the cost was more than $50 x number of days (old pricing). There was an addition $42 that I could not account for ($3.50 per day more). I decided that it wasn't worth my analysis as to why. Accepted and purchased.
  24. If chastise was too harsh, please suggest an appropriate reprimand? Maybe eating one of those decadent sundaes so that I would have a valid opinion? Hope I continue to earn your respect.
