That seems correct, based on what folks on several roll calls are reporting. I’d be absolutely amazed if we hear anything about our request by Monday. A CSR told us yesterday that they were hoping to get everything done by the end of the month 😳

For as much as people like to call Carnival “WalMart of the seas”, their IT (app, website), are head and shoulders above VV (and MSC). What an utter fiasco this has been.

We status matched too, and are taking our first Virgin cruise in January. I emailed Virgin support, and they added DBE for both of us, within half and hour. Wrote again, someone else will add them for you.

N/A Was wind a problem? - N/A If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? - N/A Any specific problems with this cabin? - no Any other comments? - This one of 2 “sideways” Havana interiors. The room felt bigger because of the configuration. Couple of small drawbacks: TV is to the left of the bed, which means one has to lie to one’s side to watch. Closets are right up against the wall, across from the bathroom. The last closet opens in to the room, which means things are a little tight.
