I bet the oversell at 150%. We have had Vibe passes many times, I can't remember when I saw it more than 50% occupied

I'm pretty sure it was sold out, two couples we were sailing with (Non Haven) tried to get vibe passes long before our sailing date and were told it was sold out. They both went to guest services as soon as they boarded (group 1) and were told it was sold out. Maybe they had 6 cancellations?

Was this the forward elevators? On our 1-8 cruise on I swear they were working on one of the forward elevators the entire cruise. I think they rebuilt it Lol. They had at least two guys from an elevator company along with 2-3 other crew members

We were on the Getaway in St Lucia. Yea the traffic was horrible, at least you got the better place to dock. We were at the industrial pier Lol

Sold out is sold out until someone in the Haven wants vibe passes. Vibe was sold out long before our 1-8 cruise. I know of three couples who went to the concierge asking for vibe passes. I know because I was standing at the desk. He said I believe it's sold out but let me make a call, 30 seconds later they had vibe passes.

At our meet and greet a number of weeks ago the question of stopping in Bermuda in the winter was brought up. I got the feeling the officers at there thought it was a great idea Lol

The Concierge desk will have a sign posted every day for times to meet there to be taken to different shows. It was always the concierge or the assistant concierge. You will also have a letter in your stateroom listing times and days you can be taken down via the service elevator on port days. It's usually for the first two hours. If you arrive back 1-2 hours before the ship look for one of the concierge's or the butlers. They are normally standing around one of the gangways. They will take you back up. You don't have to go back to deck 16 (On the Getaway). We had a Haven Spa Cabin on deck 14 and they let us off there

The service was horrible in the Trop. We ate there we non Haven friends.... it was ridiculous... it took us 2 hours and we left before dessert. We arrived at 5:30pm. Our waiter took our drink, app, and entree orders. Drinks arrived 45 minutes later, Apps at the 75 minute mark and entree at 90 minutes. I never wanted to a restaurant so bad. Food was good, the wait was crazy

Yes, one of the Concierge's will take you down. We did it one night for the group doing Fleetwood Mac. We met in the Haven lounge at 6:40 I believe and were taken down shortly after. This was for an 8:00pm show. Was it worth it? I guess.... this group got a lot of hype. My wife and I along with a number of other couples thought they were just OK at best. To be honest I've seen much better cover acts at the New Hope Winery

That works until it fails..... on our last cruise 6 people were missing luggage. One person who checked their carry on was freaking out because she had meds in there she needed. I don't care what anyone say's, I always take a roll on carry on and a small back pack. If your struggling with a carry on walking the gangway maybe a cruise is not for you

You don't however the staterooms usually have at least 2 European outlets and with the voltage converter I can use them. I carry a lot of camera gear, batteries etc.... it really comes in handy

The internet was OK on the 1-8-2023 GA cruise. My wife did get up a few times at 4am to try and get some work done while the speed was decent. I noticed the Haven Courtyard had the slowest speeds Lol
