  1. Yes I’ve just noted above they are adjacent to the terminals.
  2. Yes as I thought, adjacent to the cruise terminals.
  3. I am not sure this is correct. Can you show on a map where you think this is?
  4. They will find someone if you need assistance.
  5. I’m sorry to say I think you should have investigated this sooner. I’m pretty sure that with a child of this age you will have to be with them at all times even in the children’s club. Maybe someone has other information. https://www.pocruises.com/frequently-asked-questions.life-on-board.FAQ288.summary
  6. See this https://www.pocruises.com/frequently-asked-questions.life-on-board.Catered-diets.summary
  7. Im sorry you didn’t check on the P &O website which stated the protocol and this wasn’t required. . However I do think they are not very forthcoming with the incidence of covid on the ships. I hope the incidence of covid will reduce with the advent of the fourth booster.
  8. I think maybe they will as they will be charging for it as it is needed for insurance.
  9. I was following this thread and saw this post. Another way to contact someone is to put a @ in front of their name and as you start writing their contact will come up, as in @EglesbrechThis will also come up in their notifications.
  10. Yes no share certificate nowadays and some brokers will advise cruise company of your holding which makes it easier.
  11. Are P&O acting in any way different to any other cruise company?
  12. Yes they will if you prove you have covid. Previously P&O just took your word and gave you FCC. People on this board encouraged others to say they had Covid in order to enable them not to embark and get FCC. Now it is much more difficult.
  13. Yes I’ve seen that but when was it dated. P&O seem to be saying these are new.
  14. You indeed work hard in finding out things for all of us for which I thank you. In the case of the lady with the cough I would be inclined to get a medical certificate for the infection and claim for cancellation under illness.
  15. Yes I agree it seems to be prefferable that you are all on the same policy (or Insurer?) for a contact to be covered. Yes I agree, it appears that Allianz do not mention the PCR test as a requirement of proof just medical certificate, but quite how the doctor assesses this I'm unsure.
  16. "Our policies will cover you for cancellation if one of the following people tests positive for COVID: you, your relative, a member of your household, travelling companion, or person that were due to stay with." I take this to mean that the contact will be covered if the person with Covid is one of the people mentioned. However I would think you would need to be covered under the same policy.
  17. Since you reported this i have hunted for anything to do with Greece and cruise ships and can find nothing. The thing is P&O are so error prone can we rely on them?
  18. It would seem from the second half of this paragraph that a medical certificate from your GP would suffice for Covid the same as it would for any other medical condition.
  19. Usually there are shuttles to the west end of town. There are plenty of taxis that will take you into town for about 7 to 10 Euros
  20. This can still be done atthe embarkation desk.
