  1. Good morning from a cool, drizzly Boston. Thanks for the daily updates. Three good days to recognize, a lot of progress has been made to make life easier for those with disabilities with more to be done. Love green bean casserole and hugs. Fun quote although the Lone Ranger may have run its course when I was little as I don’t remember ever watching it. The meal suggestion sounds great but I think I’ll pass on the drink. I haven’t been to today’s port. Prayers for those on the prayer list. Cheers to everyone celebrating happy events today,
  2. Good morning everyone. Thanks for the daily report, recipes and lists. A mild, overcast day in store here, perfect for the South End Stroll in our neighborhood, a holiday bazaar including the shops and churches in our area. Cheers to all of our favorite bartenders. I’ll pass on the meal and drink today but I have to say that we had yesterday’s arctic char suggestion for dinner last evening and it was delicious, totally worth the effort to make the sauce. Prayers for everyone on our prayer list. Cheers to those who are celebrating happy events today!
  3. Completely missed @Sharon in AZ’s post yesterday with the results from her procedure. Great news and I hope the recovery goes smoothly.
  4. Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit 🐇. Good morning everyone. Thanks for the daily report, recipes and lists. Lots of reasons to be grateful today; Christmas lights keep is entertained in the long dark days, how far we’ve come in the struggle to understand the Aids virus and Romania’s independence! The quote is a good reminder that the Americas had been “discovered” long before Europeans arrived. The meal sounds tasty and the drink sounds like a nice sipping cocktail. I haven’t been to today’s port. Prayers for all on our prayer list today. Cheers to those of you celebrating happy events! 🥂
  5. The accountants don’t care whether you’re making money or losing money as they will always have a job. Management should probably take notice though. -Retired Accountant
  6. Good evening everyone. Whew what a busy day unpacking, laundry, dermatology appointment and beginning to decorate for the holidays. Don’t have much time to respond to today’s daily other than to say hooray for @rafinmd’s release from the hospital and to offer prayers for those on our prayer list. Attached is the fruit of today’s labor (can’t quite figure out how I ever found time to work).

  8. Good morning from Seattle, our last day out here before we fly home this evening. Thanks for the daily updates. Nice collection of days, especially letter writing. Not sure that I’m liking the quote much. I am liking the meal and drink suggestions though. I was in Naples in September, a very interesting city. We thought it was very real. Prayers for all on our prayer list today with thoughts for @rafinmd’s speedy recovery. Cheers to those of you who are celebrating happy events today!

  16. My recommendation would be Hotel des Coutellier in the lower town of Quebec City. We’ve stayed there twice and enjoyed it very much both times. It’s at the end of Rue St. Paul where the galleries are located. In the morning your continental breakfast is hung in a basket outside your room. The rates were reasonable as well.
  17. Good morning everyone. The frost is definitely on the pumpkin this morning, it was 33F when we went to mass. Thanks for the daily updates. 21. Good morning everyone from a sunny, cold Boston. Hats off to all of the all of the pianists in the world who bring us joy instead of strife. Radiology has certainly made a huge impact on the medical profession. A cappuccino would be welcome right about now. Grandma Moses certainly had common sense. While the name doesn’t seem that appealing I’m going to withhold judgment until I read @dfish’s recipes, sometimes they really surprise me. No on the drink though. I haven’t been to today’s port.
