Good morning folks. Thanks for the daily updates. The candy corn has been disappearing from the candy dish all month. We called it Devil’s Night when we were young and I can honestly say I haven’t soaped a window since I was ten. A rainy Monday is a great day for working on a checklist. The quote is making me think too much, how else would you have known you called the wrong number if I hadn’t answered it and told you so? See, that hurt. The meal might appeal to some today, but not me. I could do the drink or the wine though. I was in Belfast some years back for a close friend’s 50th birthday party but no photos. The Titanic museum was very interesting and sobering. I remember the hotel breakfast buffet had whiskey next to the pot of oatmeal that you could add for a kick start! Good morning everyone, last night went down to 45F, not quite as cold as some of you. I agree with @Denise T, this is my favorite time of year and it’s the first time since I was a kid that I get to actually enjoy it all day long. Nice collection of days, it does seem like the UN always has it’s work cut out. Occasionally, on a cold winter’s day I will make fried bologna sandwiches smothered with sautéd onions and yellow mustard on white bread, yum! That’s the only time that I ever have it. Nothing too exciting about moles to a non-chemist. My DMIL passed away twelve years ago, she is still missed a great deal. Hats off to talk show hosts, the first one that I was aware of as a kid in Detroit was Rita Bell. I believe it was regional. A funny quote today. I saw that on a documentary about babies. Nachos is a great idea for dinner tonight. Good morning everyone from a cool (53F), overcast Boston. Fall has set in an I love it, it’s always been my favorite season. Three nice days to celebrate today; since retirement I don’t have the constant barrage of information which is refreshing. The meal would go nicely with the wine. Think I’ll skip the drink. I haven’t been to today’s port but I did meet a delightful young woman from there on our recent trip.
