Upgrading cost is this:
How can a guest upgrade from Surf Wi-Fi to Stream Wi-Fi when they book the Always Included package?
If a guest books their cruise with Always Included package pricing and would like to upgrade their Surf Wi-Fi to Stream Wi-Fi, they may do so via our Cruise Planner platform once their booking is within final payment. The upgrade charge will be $20 per person per day. Guests may not purchase a Wi-Fi upgrade before final payment when they book Always Included. Alternatively, guests may also upgrade their Surf Wi-fi to Stream Wi-Fi once onboard the ship.
And you might get a discount:
We’ve adjusted the previous Captain’s Club internet discount of 10%-35% to reflect these changes and provide exclusive value. Now, if you sail with Always Included, you can apply this discount to upgrade from the Surf to Stream package. If you do not sail with Always Included, you can apply the 10% - 35% discount to any internet package. And if you book pre-cruise, your discount is combinable with the additional 10% pre-cruise advantage. Elite and Elite Plus members will receive 90 and 240 complimentary stream minutes respectively in both scenarios.
There is some discrepancy over those free stream minutes depending on where you look.
You are awesome! That’s exactly what I was looking for! Thanks a lot 🙂

While on the subject of WiFi if I order WiFi for one device is it one at a time or only one particular device may ever connect to it? In other words, can I log off my device and then my husband log onto his if I purchase WiFi for one device?
When we’ve had 1 device wifi we’ve had to log in and out of each device one at a time. We’ve used a phone and an iPad.

Approximately how much is it to upgrade from surf to stream WiFi for a single device? And how bad is the surf?
I am scheduled for the Reflection in January. Is the WiFi bad on the non refurbished ships?
thx!!!

They promise to try and assist you. There’s no where that I can see that they guarantee to get you there…

I never seem to get any of these emails. Anyone able to provide a link to the quiz
I think they are attached to our captains club number.
The only thing I could find was a link to sign up for emails. -
Our friends did this as a family a while ago. It was around $600. They turned out awesome.

@Jeremiah1212 fabulous! Many thanks for taking the time to reply.
Can you give me an indication as to how long it takes for the points to show up?
They show up around the 15th of the month.

Take a picture of the webinar at the beginning once it starts and once the webinar is done, there is a screen that says "thanks for watching" I always take a picture to prove I was on the webinar until the end. If you don't get your points, just call, they will add them. Especially if you are only 6 points away from moving up, if you watched other webinars and didn't get the points, I would call and tell them, they've been pretty good about adding them after the fact.
Good tips thx!!

I got mine today as well. I only need 6 more points to move up so I hope they do one more after this lol.
I’ll have to be careful because for some reason I’ve never received points for watching the videos.

Here's the link which contains the instructions and the link to the form.
Best Price Guarantee | Celebrity Cruises
Update: All I did was fill out the "fillable" blanks on the form, save the updated form and then attached it to an email addressed to the address at the bottom of the form.
Thanks! I’ll try it that way next time:)

Just got the additional nonrefundable OBC for legs 2 and 3 which included the 10% CC discount on our bookings that have an original booking date in Feb 2021. I like this automated process where you see a price discount, send in a form and get back in our case more than we were expecting!! Yay!! 😎
Is the form on celebrity’s website? I’ve always just phoned them. But sometimes it’s a huge wait time on hold.

So to those of you who have received some discounts, did you all book your cruise during the time period indicated?
No. Mine was booked in March for next January.

Did the people who got the points for the wellness post actually get the email about it? I didn't get my points but I used the link from this thread. Any others?
I received an email and got the points.

The “beyond” wellness activities.
Yes that went on my account on Thursday I think. Pretty sure they are supposed to show up on the 15th of the month. But I only recently started to check and I’ve had others that I did but didn’t get the points for. So it’s good to keep an eye out. Although, I have no idea who to contact if there’s a problem.

Lest you think we are normally suite people, this is the second time in 33 cruises that we have had a suite. It is not our norm and I don’t have any VIP expectations. I simply am comparing my experience to previous cruises post Covid. If I came across as entitled that was not my intent nor my expectation.Sometimes the things we post come across quite different than intended.
enjoy your cruise and have a martini for me! -
Ok so I sent her all the above info and she’s decided to stick with the classic pkg and her martini loving sista is going to upgrade!
Thanks again for all your help 😘

The difference between the Classic & Premium package for most cocktails is the brand of liquor used. Your SIL can get a Pina Colada, Mudslide, rum & coke, Margarita, Bloody Mary regular size Cosmopolitan, vodka martini, etc. with the Classic package. The bartender by looking at her sea pass will know she has the Classic package and will make the drink with liquor from the Classic package.
The Martini’s from the Martini Bar are larger and are not covered by the Classic package and the drinks at the World Class Bar are also above the Classic package. You can order regular drinks (not needing a blender) beer & wine at the Martini bar.
That’s great information thanks so much!
