  1. We're elite cruising with our daughter & sil on the Regal in June. May they go priority with us or should we go regular tendering with them so that we can stay together? Thanks.
  2. Thank you for the menu! I love perusing the menus. Helps me through to our next cruise.
  3. See you there! 😊
  4. So sorry Barbara. I agree about not seeing the doc for a cold. I've read how expensive those visits can be! You take care & update us. β™‘
  5. I'm not ronnieslady but I'll answer for myself. I'm going to miss being able to swap our elite mini bar set up for 2 coffee packages. πŸ˜ͺ
  6. I hope we are all helping end your confusion. I'll reinforce the posts above. Suits, coats, ties, tuxes, evening gowns are not required. Anyone who likes dressing up is welcome to. Anyone who likes dressing casually is welcome to. I wear slacks & dressy top. Hubby wears slacks & collared polo shirt. This is how we dress on formal & non formal nights. We truly mean it when we say dress in the manner that is comfortable for you & makes you happy. 😊
  7. We live in USA. We'll be blue lane. We're not paying to have our medallions shipped.
  8. I can't remember the last time my husband wore a jacket to dinner on both formal & non formal nights. It's been many years. He has never been denied entrance into the mdr.
  9. I've read numerous posts on cruise critic saying nice jeans on formal nights are fine.
  10. On cruises of 7 nights or more there will be formal nights. The length of the cruise determines the number of formal nights. On all Princess ships formal night attire runs from khaki slacks & polo shirt to tux. You'll see slacks, polo shirts, dress shirts, ties, no ties, jackets, no jackets, suits, tuxes for men. For women you'll see dressy capris, slacks, dressy tops, dresses, evening gowns. All are welcome. It really is your choice. If you enjoy dressing up, go for it. If you prefer more casual attire, go for it. It's preferred that shorts not be worn in the dining rooms for dinner. But I'm not sure that's enforced. On non formal nights smart casual is the norm. I occasionally see dressy shorts on non formal nights. Enjoy your cruise.
  11. We don't have the plus pkg so the few drinks we have we pay for.
  12. Thank you for the great reports. We cruise the BI on the Regal next June so your blog is of special interest. Right now (5:45 AM) I'm on my couch in Texas, coffee in hand, reading Barbara's blog. πŸ’
  13. This sounds very good to me. I don't do well in hot weather. Much prefer cool.
  14. Love your report. We're cruising on the Enchanted in Nov., 26 days, Barcelona to Ft. L. We'll pick up our medallions in port. Good to hear that was done so quickly. Did you make reservations for dinner or simply show up, which we always do. Were there lines? 😊
  15. Our cruise will be next June. Do you mind sharing how the weather was on your June cruise? Thanks. 😊
  16. For that savings I'd take it. 😊
  17. Thank you for such a thorough & positive report. Looking forward to day 3! 😊
  18. Love this. Looking forward to all your blogs. We'll be on the Regal June, 2024, for the 12 day BI cruise. πŸ˜€
  19. We were on Ruby in Feb. No issues whatsoever. Take advantage of the lower pricing. 😊
  20. Same here. I've emailed our cvp but haven't heard back yet.
  21. We have an overnight in Barcelona before our cruise. Our flight arrives at 8:40 AM. Our transport to our hotel needs a pickup time. Does 10 AM sound about right? We've always arrived day of cruise & used Princess transport, so I'm out of my element here. Thanks for any info.
  22. IC is International Cafe. Are you familiar with that? If not I'll fill you in.
  23. This is scary. I've always felt completely confident & comfortable booking flights thru EZAir. But no more. I've never requested early ticketing. Wondering if I should do that. Would it prevent the nightmares I've read about recently. Our flights are Nov/Dec. πŸ˜’
