  1. I can log in, but the excursion pages for my upcoming cruises are blank
  2. Sorry...missed this part For guests who have completed a pre-departure self-test: The guest must take one (1) photo which shows the guest’s negative test result next to the guest’s government issued photo ID; and date and time taken. The guest must carry photo of the negative test result (or have access to it on their mobile phone) and show it upon request at the terminal.
  3. UPDATED: What are the testing requirements for enhanced guidelines voyages? For voyages departing from the U.S., Chile and Vancouver, all guests 5 and older must provide a medically assisted or self-administered Antigen home test or PCR within 3 days before departure. For voyages departing, arriving or visiting Australia, all guests 2 and older must provide medically assisted or self-administered Antigen home test within 24 hours or PCR within 48 hours. UPDATED: What is acceptable proof of a negative COVID-19 test result for enhanced guidelines voyages? We require all guests to complete the OceanReady steps via the MedallionClass App as part of the pre-travel process. On enhanced guidelines voyages this includes a “Wellness Check” with COVID-19 requirements and documentation. You will need to attest you have received a negative COVID-19 test result and upload a photo to prove your negative result, provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status and to complete the health declaration. Once complete and all details & documents have been verified, you will receive 'Green Lane Ready’ status on the app, which you will need to present at the cruise terminal. Please ensure you have digital or physical copies of your negative COVID-19 test result and proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status to present at the cruise terminal.
  4. Wait…but if I need to take a picture of my self-administered test which includes my ID and a date/time stamp….them why would it also have to be observed/proctored ???
  5. No problem picking up the shuttle from IAH if you arrive early. You meet the reps in baggage claim. We are doing it later this week. Instructions are to be at baggage claim at 10am.
  6. What does this mean? Passengers with Princess Air should book a customized air flight ticket to be sure they can participate on a tour the day of disembarkation. Thanks
  7. I’m glad to hear you got it at 1/2 price. This means I won’t give up trying to get the App people to fix my loyalty status, and I’ll wait until the last day before prices go up to purchase MedallionNet.
  8. Thank you! I knew it!! I have Apple, but that can't make a difference!
  9. My PVP tells me that after the last App upgrade I can no longer purchase Medallion Net at half price on the App. She says you have to pay full price and be reimbursed on the ship. My stupid App does not reflect the fact that I'm Platinum, so I can't tell if this is true or not. Has anyone tried to purchase it recently?
  10. Ooh. I won big with this on the Regal (tote bag and water bottle!). You all go to a bank of elevators. Everyone stands by the elevator they think will arrive next. People who stand by the wrong elevator are eliminated until there’s just one person left. Great fun!!
  11. We also had to go through immigration in San Diego on the Royal, but we didn’t have to get off the ship. Everyone just had to slowly file through the Vista Lounge to be checked.
  12. Thank you. Since we’re staying at the Marriott at the airport, getting there early isn’t a problem. I’m even hoping we can get there earlier, and get out even sooner!
  13. Flying into Houston (IAH); sailing out of Galveston.
  14. We will be using a Princess transfer for the first time on our next cruise…getting in a day early, then going back to the airport for the transfer. This will be in Houston if it makes a difference. Are the reps usually in the baggage claim area? Do they carry some sort of signage (like limo drivers)? How early should we plan on getting to the airport? Thanks!
  15. Can anyone tell me where exactly the tender pier is in relation to the town of Lahaina? Is it walkable to downtown Lahaina? Thanks
  16. Continuing sewage problem is certainly bad news. Did it seem to be confined to the forward part of the ship?
  17. Ok. Under the green lane banner is a line that says personal information and documents. Click that. It will take you to another page. Scroll down and click arrivals!
  18. I just updated my app, and it does the same thing. I believe if you are in the green lane, that you ARE ocean ready, so there’s nothing left for you to fill out there! 😊
  19. Before our cruise last month I populated as Platinum on the app, but my husband only populated as blue. It took FOREVER (multiple calls/emails) for them to fix it (he wanted to order his own internet pkg). We have another cruise in January. I went to order MedallionNet, and not only is he back to blue, but now I am too.
  20. The Royal had boxes. No loose cereal in containers
  21. It worked great on the Ruby, but not at all on the Royal. Part of the problem was that even when I tried to locate my husband he was out swimming in the ocean😂
  22. There was an Italian menu one night, but no Italian outfits to go with it. Maybe the baked Alaska parade depends upon the ship’s capacity. First half of our cruise was maybe 2/3 full, and the second half was 1/2 full so we got it both times. Apparently I’m in the minority… I like it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
