We received a Flood Alert Notice this morning .Our part of LI is expected to have heavy precipitation between 7 :00 this evening and 11:00 tomorrow morning . We have water bodies on all 4 sides of us..

The only hotel in Quebec City that we have ever been to is Chateau Frontenac.It is very beautiful.The only negative is that the last time we were there they had a Starbucks on the prem8ses.

I always pay the asking price. -
I buy Ginger Root from Vitamin Shoppe and take a capsule one day before the cruise and one when boarding the ship .It usually works but not always.

Traveling from Plainview one normally does not take the LIE .The usual route is the Southern State Parkway or Sunrise Highway. -

When you are on the Belt Parkway you can get off at the Bay Parkway exit ,park the car and sit on a bench overlooking the water. -
