Bragging time again. Toby just returned from the Honors Assembly at the HS where my oldest granddaughter is graduating later this month. My granddaughter was the recipient of two awards which are actually scholarships .We are very proud of her.

It will be touring this summer .

I no longer use a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea but when I still did I always packed my machine and an extension cord.Distilled water is always available on a ship.

We usually tip the tour guides as well as the bus drivers .

83 degrees ,20 mph wind,bright sunshine,humidity 48 % .I am on my bed looking out the door to my terrace.

Me too.Back in my olden days there were very few Specialists.My doctor told me that he was sending me to a doctor who just graduated medical school and I would be his first patient.Dr.C was a great doctor.I just googled him and he is now a retired doctor.

On July 6 CBS will air the first episode of The Challenge ,USA with contestants from Amazing Race,Big Brother and Survivor.

My youngest granddaughter has peanut allergies .I am gluten free.On most cruises I have not been eating gluten free to begin and only began to eat gluten free after getting sick.

I have never owned a tuxedo and never owned more than one suit at a time.

I have never worn formal attire on a cruise.The closest that I ever came was a suit and not since 2015.

There have been so many small theaters over the years that offered great productions.Similiar to the Atlantic Theater was HB Studios on Bank Street,Theatron on E.22 St just to name a few.

55 years ago on June 8 we rescued our first cat.She was a beautiful orange color that we named Elizabeth.A few weeks later we rescued a second cat who had the same coloring as Elizabeth and we named her Priscilla.In July of 1967 we rescued a beautiful all white kitten that we named Wivenhoe.We gave all three to what we believed were good homes but in hindsight I wished we would have kept Wivenhoe .

Both of my granddaughters will be graduating this month .There will be a family party next month to celebrate the graduations ,anniversaries and birthdays.

No .Luchow’s was on 14 st. and Irving Place.This restaurant was on 3rd.Ave an 20 or 21 St.As far as walking ,I hope that one day I can get out of the development but for now my goal is to just be able to get to the places within the complex.There are 1560 residents here and in the 19 plus years that I have been living here I have known many .I am in contact with those who I have become friends but have not seen so many in several years.

He was a co-worker of mine that I remembered when I posted that he graduated UK.

I probably was thinking of a different building .Was your father a construction worker ?

I have most of my 45’s and a few 78’s.I also have the one sided 78’s of Italian operas and several Enrico Caruso records that have the dates of the recording on the record. I have a few LP’s that are the size of 45’s.
