She does love it there .She is in the Honors program and has been doing very well.She also became friends with one of the players on the Woman’s team.This young woman was in my house last May .She had a 6 hour layover between flights and spent it with my granddaughter and family. I read an interview with Mike Woodson Coach of the Men’s team in which he mentioned that when he was growing up in Indiana he was a huge Pacers fan primarily of Roger Brown.Roger and I were friends in HS and my granddaughter conveyed that to Woodson.He called me a few months ago and we had a great conversation.

I am a baseball fan ,New York Mets .I also favor college basketball.One of my granddaughters is a student at Indiana University.I am watching the Men’s and Woman’s teams.

Chicago has had many great athletes over the years .

I am rooting for the Bills for three reasons:They are the only team that plays in NY.One of my longtime friends was born in Buffalo and still has family there.The son of another friend graduated from a college there and married a woman who lived there and they are living in a suburb.

My fathers birthday card from Richard Nixon looks like this.It is in my house somewhere .I have many things that belonged to my parents such as a program from a jazz concert that my father attended in 1927.

My father passed away in 1981 at age 85.When he was 80,Ford was President .His card came from Nixon.I don’t recall how or why he got it.

Thank you.I never heard that before.Many years ago I recall if you reached a certain birthday and sent proof of it to the sitting US President you received a birthday card from the White House “signed” by the President.My father had one from Nixon but I do not think it was an original signature.

Yes,the food ,ambiance and wait staff was great.

We cruised on the Grandeur in 2015,2016,2017 and 2018 all in the same cabin because our Stewards were great and we loved the cabin. I am visibly handicapped and the Hotel Manager was wonderful to me as was the wait staff.There were no negatives for us.However,having not been on the ship for 5 plus years I cannot comment on the OP’s issues.
