Sorry it wasn't up to par. That is pretty much how my Magic cruise was so I get what your saying. We are going on the Mardi Gras in May and I was hoping to give it another go and see how this one went.

We are staying here next week! Will let you know!
HOw did you like it?

I used them a few years ago. It ended up good but I was worried. Didn't return emails and calls. I would not use them again

I like both. Go on NCL with my kids, love the ships, lots of activities and great entertainment. Go on Princess with my husband. Definately more sedate and a lot of beige. Not a lot of active things to do. My "old sole" child likes Princess, the others prefer NCL.

Can someone tell me what size luggage tag NCL uses. The skinny ones or the fat ones. I believe it was the wider ones but want to confirm.
Thanks

I decided to go to see the new ghostbusters movie after work. I didn’t even know they were coming out with one but I saw a preview that seemed to indicate the original cast would be in this one so I decided to go see it.
This is your small popcorn and medium drink. I’m almost 30 bucks in at this point.
You could have gotten the whole ball of wax, (movie, large popcorn, large pop) for $12 at our theater.

I'm fully vaccinated and tested positive for COVID last month. I was also concerned about testing positive at the terminal. So for reassurance I tested myself about two weeks after recovering from COVID and it came back negative. Then I tested again 3 days prior to the cruise (verified), and again it was negative. This gave me peace of mind. At the terminal we were tested and again it came back negative ... but had it come back positive we would have been financially protected by NCL because I had a verified negative test within 3 days of sailing.
Good idea. thanks

Are you vaccinated?
obviously or I wouldn't be cruising on NCL

OK Yes I'll be the first to admit that I'm probably over reacting and yes I have insurance.
My cruise is 4 months away. I just tested positive for covid and the nurse said I could test positive for 3 months. Has this actually happened to any of you, getting denied because of covid months after you had it?
Thanks.

LOL....mine just sits in my pocket until needed. It requires zero effort. They aren't making you drag around a laptop computer.
Well I don't carry a phone on a regular day. I also don't have pockets in most of my cruise clothes. So I imagine if you are used to carrying a phone it isn't a big deal to you. It just comes as second nature. I don't so it is a pain to me.

LOL....people hate change and will work harder just to stick with the "way we used to do it".
Actually don't mind change at all. Love to try different things. What I do hate is dragging a phone with me. I Have one. Just don't want to keep track of a phone on vacay because I don't usually carry one in my daily life.

Have been on the Star, Pearl, and one other. All have been great ships. Wouldn't think twice about booking another cruise, in fact I think it's my favorite line.

This kind of sounds like the Fish Extender thing they do on Disney. Maybe you could look it up on Pinterest to get ideas.

Hubby and I are booked for the Sept. 4 Alaska cruise from Seattle, and all I can say is that this totally sucks. We live in a sparsely populated area, no local pharmacies or medical clinics are doing testing for travel purpose. The nearest one is 45 minutes away and can't promise that we will have our results back in time. I HATE the constantly shifting goal posts. Boo on you NCL.
I think you lucky if you only have to drive 45 minutes to get a test.

I watch Poseidon Adventure and Titanic before my cruises.
Also, shut off the water to your house. My friends parents had 4 feet of water run into theirs while they

Reminds me of a few years ago some cruise ship had the bottom step carpet the same color as the floor at the bottom, not the same as the steps. Lots of people fell because they didn't realize there was another step. Can't remember the ship.
