We haven’t gone to either of those yet this cruise. But I wouldn’t want to be around those displaying any kind of symptom of anything respiratory 😩😩😩

Definitely. The government are the ones enforcing the cruising rules, which they have dropped for all other forms of transport I think including flying. Just super cautious re ships. I especially appreciate masks when someone has a cough or cold symptoms to save them coughing all over other people. 😩😩😩

Not heard that and in the main people are pretty much all wearing masks. If we are in close proximity to people than we pop one on, but if not beat anyone we just carry with us and don’t put on. I appreciate it’s a very varied topic.

We got picked up by friends and went for lunch. They actually took us to the old port as plenty of parking, restaurants and really quite nice complex with all the trees. I now get what people are talking about re the difference in old port and new port!!!!

I saw a shuttle offered into city $39.95 each. I think it left 8.30 back 1.30??? Dropped people in city then picked up later.

Appreciate those with allergies etc would be limited so great if you can get variety in the buffet. I had a little quiche and vegetable soup, both very nice. Plus a delicious chicken Waldorf salad. I was very good and saved dessert for dinner tonight 🥰

Coming to you live from flight QF 420 somewhere over the clouds 😂 good old wifi inflight. took off on time so you won’t have to hold Coral for us ☺️ we are group a boarding which said 12, first group. So it was 11am in Brisbane. Is this because itinerary says 6.45 pm departure. Or are you guys on board already?

Fortunately we go to airport very early so the delays this morning re screening didn’t affect our flight at 10.30.

We were booked on this one snd Feb 2024. Cancelled that one and changed to Syd Hawaii sept 23

Yep! Extra queues and we’re in priority queues but still took an hour to drop bags snd screen. However we’re in the lounge enjoying breakfast and our 10.30 flight still on schedule so all good. We always allow tons of time and would rather sit at the airport in the lounge than in a queue of traffic
