About two weeks ago I received an email from HAL that I could upgrade our September cruise to include HIA. When I tried to apply it online it said this cruise isn’t eligible. I emailed my PCC letting her know that we wanted the deal. After over a week she let me know that the powers that be said no. I sent her the original offer this afternoon and about ten minutes later she called me to say that it could be applied. It certainly pays to keep the documentation.

The email I just received says book by April 9, 2023.

Good Afternoon, thank you for the daily fleet report. I do like today’s meal suggestion although I don’t have it very often. I took the afternoon off from work for my six month dental checkup, all was good. Hoping everyone has a good rest of the day.

AAA came to the house and DH needs a new battery. Now he wishes that he listened to the car and me in November when it wouldn’t start. He dropped it off at the dealership and should be ready this afternoon. I signed myself into a “meeting “ so that I could pick him up and bring him home. Better this happened at home than at work.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. Woke up this morning to the smell of skunk, I think they have a home under the neighbors shed. DH’s car wouldn’t start this morning so he’s working from home while he figures out how to get it running again. I suspect it’s the battery. Today’s meal suggestion sounds like something I’d enjoy, I look forward to @dfish recipes and pictures. Tonight’s dinner will be a leftover pork roast. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. Today’s meal suggestion sounds like something I’d enjoy as a side dish. Waking up this morning the temperature was 23 F, much better than the -9F from yesterday. My only errand today is a trip to Aldi. Yesterday we went out for lunch/dinner at the 99. While we were eating the restaurant had to close their doors. The pipes froze. Felt bad for the staff as Saturday’s are busy for them. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Last night I found out we have free HBO this weekend so we can watch some movies while we stay warm. Our temperatures will be dropping all day and the real temperature is expected to go to -5F with wind chills going to -30 F.
