Crazy For Cats

Reading this thread gave me the courage to call the upsell department. I managed to get a reasonably priced upsell to a corner aft cabin for next month. It was the last one available so I didn’t want to wait too long.

Good Afternoon Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. Today’s meal suggestion sounds interesting and I’d be willing to give it a try. It has been a busy day with meetings and I finally had a break. I called the upsell department and snagged the remaining corner aft cabin on our November cruise! I’m doing the happy dance😁. Rain is moving in and it’s supposed to get really bad in a few hours. I hope everyone has a good day today.

If I recall correctly those dates opened up close to sail date. I’m thinking about 30 days out. I was thinking that they were planning something special but that didn’t happen.

Hi Jacqui, when we were on the Amsterdam we were able to book Canaletto for both nights ahead of time. This was several years ago when we did the full transit of the canal.

I would like to see the 14 day Seattle round trip to Alaska return. We did that on the Maasdam and it was our favorite Alaska adventure. We went up to Anchorage and visited different ports on the return trip. That itinerary would justify the hassle of flying from Boston to Seattle.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. It’s another beautiful day in New England. Today promises to be a busy work day. We’ve been to todays port many times over the years. It is my favorite beach spot and I’m not a beach person. Lately we’ve taken to staying on the ship and enjoying the peace and quiet. This applies to us crazy cat daddy’s.

Checking in. I needed to get the website added to the approved list with the new anti virus protection.

I just signed our of work and checked the schedule. If the new time holds I can finish dinner and watch it on my laptop with Bose speakers if their are toots to be heard. 🙂

The port schedule now shows Zaandam confirmed for 17:00. I’m hoping that holds.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. I’m not sure what today’s meal suggestion is so will wait for recipes and pictures. Today is a work day for me. The company reduced the number of paid holidays we get and this one was taken away. It was nice watching the Zaandam come into port today, if she departs close to on time I hope to watch the sail away. I hope everyone enjoys their holiday today.

Good Afternoon Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. I think I’d like today’s meal suggestion but with marinara sauce. It’s a beautiful day here in New England and after the morning errands Christmas shopping is completed. Yesterday I was able to stock up on cat food. The kids are set for about six months but I’ll still keep an eye out for bargains. I hope everyone has a good day today.

I think it’s too soon to tell. My guess is that they will match NCL’s guidelines before the end of this year.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. It rained overnight and cooler temperatures are in store for today. There is also a frost warning for overnight. I’m wishing there was a sail away camera so that we could watch the NS depart today. I successfully added my Covid QR code to Verifly and will add DH’s over the weekend. Will also look at excursions to use our Have it All perks. I was pricing my cats dry food and it looks like it’s in short supply so a quick run to PetSmart is the first errand today. I hope everyone has a good day today.

This morning I loaded my QR code for my Covid shots into Verifly and it took it and gave me the green check mark. I’ve only had the original two Moderna shots.
