Nope, onOasis class ships Royal sells seating all through the promenade including Schooner bar and rising tide (even seating in the photo gallery) -
Absolutely nothing different when using a TA vs booking direct EXCEPT the TA must submit your payments. Stock benefits are available and handled as normal. I can't speak to my vegas points. Cruise Planner purchases are handled just like always.

I do cash account all the time. When you get to the pier, whomever checks you in (one of the roaming workers with the I-Pads), just tell them to remove your card and that’s the end of it.
