Yes it is a CDC requirement for Royal to cruise under the current (maskless) protocols -
Welcome to corporate America, this is absolutely nothing new, happens every day all over the world.

This is just another example of the double standard for the cruise lines when it comes to the CDC; the same agency that reduced requirements for some, refuses to acknowledge others.
