Hi, As you have a around 7 hours ashore it will be difficult to do both,Palma is a wonderful place to visit. You can find plenty to see in the city ,most things do not open until 10am . Start your city walk at the central market ( Mercat Oliver) have a coffee with the locals. Make your way down to the cathedral and explore around there. Hi. Yes, the beaches will be pretty crowded so will the the city of Palma. My advise would be with young children would be explore the city in the morning ,have lunch if you wish and high tail it back to the ship for the afternoon. Palma in August can be unbearable and no fun for young children. If you have never been it is a wonderful place to explore,but not in August!!!!

Hi , 100 dollars for 2 for a 20 min ride !! , it should not be more than 20 each way for a taxi or get the bus for 1.50 . https:// You will be rushed to do the town and the beach if you have never been to Palma which is a fantastic port stop . Hi you will have no problem getting a taxi, you will need to find one of the bigger ones. If you have children the Balinerio will be far better as there is a safe sandy beach and Puro is off the rocks. Roger b

We are on Pursuit sailing Las Palmas to Cape Town, this being our first time with Azamara, we have been privileged to travel with the best Captain and crew we have ever cruised with in 50+ cruises . The Captain Antonio is everywhere and has been on the ball all day and evening participating in everything. They crew and service are also first class . With so many sea days they have made it a wonderful trip. My only down side is the food could be so much better and the two specialty restaurants are not worth the added expense.

The B to B has at last been added to her account 400 dollars this could have been used for Internet access which she did not want to buy without the credit ,so 8 days to going to find a way to spend it !!!

So many issues with OBC it's lucky I had letter from Azamara detailing my O B C , it took me 30 minutes of argument to get an agreement. I have just had a meeting with the hotel manager and it was pointed out to me I should have received 400 dollars O.B.C for any cruise over 8 days !!

Yes I am on Pursuit, they tried to bamboozle me !! With what I had spent on my first leg. The easy way to explain it to guest relations, is know your O.B.C then get the list of what you have spent to date and subtract one from the other

Make sure you have a printed statement of your O.B.C as they still cannot get it right. Lots of guests have issues with it even though my credit was correct on the website they were 425 dollars short when I asked for a statement to see how much I had left on my account. Luckily I had the screen shot of the account otherwise if would have been difficult to prove !!
