The menus have been on the TV and app our last 5 cruises. The perks we mostly enjoy like Sabatini’s breakfast and laundry service are still in operation. We did have to ask for a makeup mirror on our last one which was unusual

We were on a VIP cruise last month. We had our usual free stateroom and free play. While on the cruise there were gifts sent to the cabin several times (most of them not really a big deal). I add n do tired of chocolate covered strawberries that we asked room service to not deliver anymore. At night in the casino there are several raffles for free play that only VIP players weee eligible for. This happened several times every night and you did have to be present to win. I got $150 in free play and my wife $600. We both also hit jackpots of around $4,000

The drink packages that are included with the gratuities and Wi-Fi have the bar tips built in they are not in top of the package price

Casino cruises are paid in full when booking

That is why we try to get the minimum we know we will need at our local bank and then use ATM’s if needed

Ask for a quote for cleaning your house and I will guarantee it will cost more to clean your 3,000 square foot house than my 750 square foot condo

The Alaskan cruises have a much lower threshold for most traveled lunch. We only have 460 days and last month we were the 3rd and 4th most traveled. So many first timers on those cruises

Looking for people who have done the Japan to Whittier cruise. How are the Japanese ports ? How is the crossing and did you add on the cruise to Vancouver ?

I have used all of mine. I had Covid on 2 cruises and it was super easy to get them applied to another cruise. I also had FCC from canceled cruises at the start of the pandemic and found it easy to apply once cruising started up.

You need a better TA

I am out of this conversation some people will never be happy. If I recall this is not the first time this poster has vented like this about nothing.

Especially if you have a particular set of cabin requirements it is best to book as early as possible before your favorite cabins are taken

You are not the person the packages are designed for. If someone does not drink coffee, soft drinks , mock tails or alcohol there is no advantage to paying for a package

Correct in the old days you grabbed tray silverware and tray when you entered the buffet nothing was on the tables

We have cruised Princess since 1992 and yes they did used to have trays in the buffet but I have not seen any for at least 5-8 years

Those type of dispensers just do water in my experiences with them in airports.

Have never tipped for that service however we do tip our steward extra at the end of the cruise if they have gone above and beyond which might be interpreted as in including picking up and delivering laundry
