  1. Perhaps they are only invisible to staff?
  2. Yes it is a fjordur. Not that one though.
  3. Not Chile or anywhere in the Americas
  4. You might be remembering correctly.
  5. Lots of food. My cruise on her was pre covid, and service was great but then service across most lines is poorer since covid. This may because of lack of trained staff wanting to come back, staff shortages and also cut backs by the cruiselines.
  6. Enjoy your cruise. I look forward to your postings. I have been on the Azura, it is a nice ship.
  7. Just booked a closer cruise to celebrate my SILs 60th.
  8. Azamara Pursuit is a small ship, 777 pax 380 crew, it is a lovely ship. It will be able to dock in Eden and most likely able to dock in Bali as well. Even with tender ports it goes easily with so few passengers. HALs Noordam is much larger, also a nice ship, over 1900 pax, 800 crew.
  9. Another thought is flights, one would be Canada to Sydney return, the other Canada to Singapore and then Auckland to Canada. Return flights tend to be cheaper than Multicity flights.
  10. As far as cruiselines go, I would cruise Azamara over HAL, smaller ships, better service, more inclusions for the price, etc. Of course prices can vary dramatically depending on itinerary. Both normally have great itineraries, and this is the case here. HAL Azamara Personally , I prefer the HAL itinerary as it has Australia, NZ and numerous Island countries but internationals would most likely want a more comprehensive Australian and NZ cruise so Azamara is better for international.
  11. You wouldn't be able to use the smartrider app to book a train from Perth to the blue mountains though.
  12. I think someone is trying it on, as most have had NR OBC used prior to their R OBC being touched.
  13. I have heard that the lavender makes them sleepy.
  14. There may be many reasons to buy OBC but I think the main one is to prevent bill shock.
  15. It would have been later in June, I think it would have been the 18th. Aussies were involved in the landings but mainly with air and sea support.
  16. I haven't been to Featherdale for around 40 years (we had delivered some emu chick's to the zoo). It is about halfway (Doonside) when on the train to the blue mountains from Sydney. There are day trips that take you to the mountains and the zoo in one long day trip.
