My cruise leaves in a week, no menus in the app

Love the photos, thank you. Wonder if their penguins are made in China. I would love a unique souvenir and am thinking that would be the best port to purchase one. Hope something is made there.

Thank you peconolady, that helps. I do not plan on wearing shorts ever…lol was hoping jeans and sweat pants for the ship in cold was ok, I also have sweatshirts. Just did not want to be too warm on the ship.

Thanks as the cruise goes along can you keep us updated? 75 in a cabin, I would be roasting! im planning on layering but am wondering if I’m bringing enough warm weather clothes, especially if the ship is kept warm.

I’m on the next cruise can you give me an idea of what people are wearing on the ship? Is the ship kept to wam for sweatshirts. I’m hoping it’s cool. what about the air conditioning or heat in your room, is it working ok? this is probably the hardest packing job I’ve had in all my cruises.

At least you all got butter for your lobster, we never saw any butter. Also just wondering is anyone offered coffee anymore after dinner? We were not asked once. My husband would literally have to almost grab someone to get a cup of coffee.

Nice post, glad you enjoyed your cruise. I don’t think the suites and retreat are noticing the cutbacks as much as the other rooms. I really do not see many unhappy posts where suites are concerned.

I am not looking forward to the embarkation or the debarkation at all. Am psyching myself up for a stressful two days. Patience is a virtue so I am working on that..lol

I agree with what you dealt with on your cruise as I had the same issues on the Edge in January. celebrity cheerleaders can defend celebrity all they want or find excuses where there are none but sadly this is happening. celebrity has always been my favorite cruiseline and although I have cruised princess and Holland, I always seemed to return to Celebrity. I am saddened as to what is happening right now on their sailings. I am leaving in two weeks on the Infinity a cruise that has been paid for since last November and although I know I will enjoy just being on the ocean, I don’t expect much in the way of service and food, we shall see, hope I am wrong.

Peconolady, how did you arrange your trip to the falls after the cruise or did you just take the ships tour? I am trying to arrange one and am having such a hard time with flight times, also trying to arrange a pick up at the cruise terminal. thank you

Only stayed in one on m class and there was a tv in the bedroom, wish I could help

My cruise is in 14 days and I bid a couple months ago on a move up bid. Have heard nothing, yet in the app it still says pending. do they just forget about the bids and not remove them? I’m assuming I did not get it since it’s so close to the cruise. what has been your outcomes with move up? Ever left just wondering?

Do you frequent Holland cruisers like their Westerdam ship?

I am thinking about purchasing beverage cards for my daughters family since they do not have a drink package. Has anyone purchased these cards before? Is there any trouble to use them? Thinking it would help them some and drink packages are so expensive.

Thank you for your review, confirms what I had written. I was hoping it was just my cruise and things would get better. I read more positive reviews on the s class ships. Think I am done with e class. I have a b2b booked on the new ascent next January probably last one on this class unless things change. Hope they do.
