Can the balcony be open on the corner aft Neptune suite on 5 with the aft cabin next door? This is on the Eurodam.

I agree with the op I have also booked a future cruise on board an open reservation with all the perks included, had to use it within a certain time and it was guaranteed so they said, you would get in when booking your reservation. I have even booked for a couple we cruise with who wasn’t with us that trip, when we then decided what cruise we wanted we booked with all we were promised. she is not confused. I also have done this.

Nothing looks different and again I ask…..where’s the beef?

I am on Eurodam next year and have been given early dining I am also in a Neptune suite, is there a special line for Neptune suites when entering the dining room? This is all new to me. Eurodam does not have the special dining room which I don’t care really, just wondering how this all works. last year on Westerdam I had anytime dining and there was a special line for that. thank you.

I have been on the reflection twice when she did two week cruises in the Caribbean, I loved that ship. Had a sunset veranda nice large balcony. All celebrity cabins are very nice on their ships.

All these replies to book a specialty dining package just boggles my mind, seems that this is just want celebrity would want so why make their dining room food better? I’m not being sarcastic or mean spirited but why keep giving them more and more money for a lesser and lesser product? guess my head just won’t wrap around buying a more expensive food when you were always able to get great food in the main dining room for the cost of your cruise. guess they should just start charging for food no matter where it is but not lower your cost for the cruise.

This is celebrity’s thought process to charge for good food. It’s wrong but seems like it will again work for them again

If you all accept short ribs and don’t care about the yummy steaks that were once served then I guess celebrity is for you. . Short ribs can be tasty but to me it’s prepared like stew. I Miss the filet mignon days, the lobster that use to be a lobster worth getting excited about, steak Diane that was once made with tenderloin tips, not sirloin. Waiters that never messed up who ordered what and put the correct plate in front of you, the not feeling rushed feeling and being able to chat with your servers. I miss it all, there seems to be no steaks other then the everyday New York sirloin which is sometimes good sometimes not. do you get prime rib now? On our last two cruises it was not there but that was in January and February, edge and infinity. Dining room is no longer a special night to look forward to. Pork, short ribs, pasta and fish every night it seems. Very sad even for the new cruisers who will never experience how special it was and how you were treated like a king and queen regardless of your stateroom. No never seemed to be part of their vocabulary now it seems it is used quite often.

That picture of a fee for cookies is not a doctored picture. I read smart news every morning on my I pad and I saw the same thing on my smart news app “celebrity now to charge for chocolate chip cookies” was the headline. . That news is out there, it will be interesting to see if it actuality ever takes off. Most ridiculous thing ever I’ve ever seen if it does, they will not get $2 out of me for a cookie after what I paid for a cruise.

Thank you for the review we will be on her next year to Alaska. First time on the Eurodam. I have cruised with other HAL ships and the cruises were quite enjoyable, food always too. Service excellent. Love to read reviews on ships I have not been on before.

We got off Westerdam in June to Alaska I had a Neptune deck 5 aft, on the first two nights going from Seattle to Juneau the vibration and noise was really bad, my husband said as soon as we reach Juneau it will stop as the speed he was traveling was high. Sure enough we reached Juneau and no more noise. Even coming back to Seattle. There was some noise but not bad at all. I know what noise you are talking about. If you can stick it out until you are just at cruising speed you will be glad you stayed aft.

It’s negative because celebrity has made it hard to be positive.

This is so par for the course as to what has been happening with celebrity lately. Very poorly trained new staffing, nobody knows the important things they should be trained on. you should not be on a vacation and have to fight for what you should be getting. Grrrr

I just got off Westerdam in June and was in a Neptune suite I did not get free water other than one free bottle when I boarded. Also I did not get offered free water in the Neptune lounge other than a small glass from a dispenser. The bottles were not free. Pam I missing something here?

Aft neptunes on the Eurodam are all the balconies the same or doe one deck have a larger balcony? Also are any of the balconies fully covered? thanks
