  1. I also do not think that the free Zoom that comes with purchasing a Sky Duite vs Royal Up is included either. It might be worth keeping the Ket for the Internet. You would need to price it out and see.
  2. Yes, your granddaughter can get the Refreshment or any other package that does not contain alcohol.
  3. I will save that pleasure for you to do. i have not even seen Wonderland so not even sure there is one aboard. lunch tomorrow is Chops.
  4. Tried to sneak into the Solarium Bistro but was politely informed that they were not open yet.
  5. Good morning from Labadee. After calling it a somewhat early night, we decided to sleep in and have room ssrvice this morning. Based on previous experience we did not order coffee but used the kettle our room attendant provided us made hot water for the tea we brought from home. My DW had scrambled eggs with bacon, fruit plate, wheat toast, and apple juice. I went with english bacon, fried eggs cooked hard, bacon, and orange juice. I made myself a bacon & egg sandwich! I decided to take a walk and went ashore for a nice stroll. I stopped by Barefoot Beach, got my wristband, and went inside the reserved area. It was a lot more crowded than I remember from out last visit here and the beach area seems smaller. I think this is because in my memory there were a lot fewer cabanas and more beach seating. Anyway, I only stopped to take a few pictures before continuing up to the Artesian Market and turning around and walking bavk to the ship to take a few pictures from the Solarium.
  6. I found out my new best friend , Eloy from the Suite Lounge bar, also does an hour or two at Sabor in the early afternoon so told him I’d make sure and drop by for a margarita on afternoon.
  7. Thank you. Cannot wait until we see them. Stopped by the Schooner Bar tonight but was crowded and noise from the Promenade was distracting. So I hit the “Easy Button” and went for a nitecap in the Suite Lounge.
  8. @Grandma Petania Please feel free to comment on anything ir everything. Certainly do not want this to be limited to my observations as we are pretty non-adventurous. We are scheduled for Columbus and A Journey in Time (Ice show) tomorrow night. Found out today we can make additional reservations so we may move some things around later in the cruise. @karebare22 Thank you for your update. Please feel free to comment here on your experiences as well. We’ve heard good things about that show and arr looking forward to seeing it on Day 5.
  9. Tonight after dinner in the Coastal Kitchen, we walked down and went through the Windjammer. The entire port side was open. The only cooked to order I saw was the crepe station. There was a carving station and while I did not take pictures, because it was busy, there looked to be plenty of selections. As tonight was the first formal night, I will go at least one other time and try to get pictures of the entrees. I can tell you this the busiest station was where you get hot dogs and hamburgers. Dessert’s were certainly plentiful. As for attendance, I would say it was between 40 & 50 percent full, with most being families with young children.
  10. I have not see or heard mention of any bands except for the wrist bands they will be giving us for barefoot beach tomorrow in Labadee.
  11. @Sea Dog I took one for the team and tried the Yellow Rose. Not too bad. I’d drink it again. I also verified no Woordford or Maker’s Mark.
  12. We have done two Med cruises with Royal Caribbean and all shipboard transactions were done in US dollars.
  13. For some reason it was redder than it looked . i am sure had I let it rest, it would have been medium. Full disclosure, while not color blind, I do not have normal color vision.
  14. Today at noon is Cheers with an Officer and the Diamond + lunch. I am just doing my prep
  15. No, it was Yellow Rose from a distillery in Texas, e.g. Yellow Rose of Texas. i’ll try and get pictures tonight in the suite lounge.
