While I enjoyed Mardi Gras and all the extra venues onboard, both DH and I agreed after our cruise onboard Horizon in December that the Vista class is our favorite. We love the aft Havana area and Alchemy Bar setup better. But hey, everyone is different, and that’s why variety is good! I have to say the Excel class is a breath of fresh air for Carnival, it was different and fun to try.

Finally broke down yesterday and downloaded the app and submitted my request for my girls' cruise in April. I got the approval today! That is pretty dang quick. Maybe this isn't such a bad change like I thought it was. I don't handle change well, lol.

Oh man, between this, Jeff & Patti, and Wildra's reviews, I have lots of "studying" to do at work! This is great!

Um, I guess I will be joining you in that lawsuit 20 years from now. Love my Lume, I tried it out last August in the Caribbean and have been a believer since!

Perfect! I snatched a deck 6 one. 🙂 I'm a little concerned about noise from below in the lounge area, but I will just pack ear plugs.

That's my one gripe about MSC, the lack of variation in itineraries. I'm hoping as they become more popular in the US they will add more ports!

Hello everyone! We are sailing Venezia next year and my hubby has never experienced an aft wrap cabin. Our sailing has a lot of sea days, and I love nothing more than relaxing with a good book on my balcony, so I figured I would splurge on an aft wrap. Which deck has the best ones? Is one deck a larger balcony than others, and is one more shaded than others? Thanks for any input!

I will be following along! I love your reviews, I want to sail on Divina, and this itinerary looks awesome. I'm jealous, if I had seen this sailing before I had booked a few of my other ones I would have hopped onboard!

Oh man, that chocolate buffet looks yummy! I will have to check it out on my sailing later this year. Do all MSC ships do it? If I am staying in YC, does the YC buffet have a version of it?

Hello! I did not realize that I will actually be diamond level on my next MSC cruise. Whoo hoo! I see that one of the perks is a complimentary specialty restaurant "tasting menu" meal, and I have a few questions if those of you that have experience do not mind answering. 1. I see it says per stateroom....so my mom will be Gold level on the next cruise, am I able to take her with me, or am I the only one that gets the complimentary meal? 2. Is this a one time only benefit, or is it for each voyage we sail with MSC? 3. What is the "tasting menu"? Does anyone have any pics of it? Is it just Butcher's Cut and Ocean Cay, or are other restaurants also available? Thanks for any assistance/info you can offer!
