  1. Click on the person icon on the upper right of your reservation screen. It will tell you the check in date and this is where you check in on the app.
  2. The elite discount is on the beverage package and upgrade from classic beverage package to premium. I believe it is 15%. But you usually can’t get the sale price, if they are having a sale, and your discount. I say usually because I have gotten both at times. In order to get the discount you need to call celebrity. The discount is also not available onboard as far as I know but not 100% sure of that. This does not apply to the “all included” pricing. You purchase that pricing as a package and the only way you can get is if the cruise price goes down. You would need to call celebrity or your TA.
  3. I hope option 3 is to receive your money back on your cc.
  4. We will be onboard the end of May. So happy to hear The Porch is open for lunch one day!
  5. As long as your reservations are linked you will be able to check in at the same time. You can find the check in date on the celebrity app under the profile icon. This is also where you check in. check in will begin at midnight embarkation port time. You can choose the arrival time at the port for all of you, at this time. You are correct all you need is passport info and credit card info. It will also ask you to take a picture but you can skip this step since they always do it at the port.
  6. Thank you so much. Great information!
  7. We try to book Aqua Class since those cabins have a max of 2 and we can avoid the chaos of the MDR. It helps a little!
  8. Thank you everyone for the information. It is greatly appreciated!!
  9. Thank you!!!! Is the 30 days to transfer once you book the trip or once you purchase the certificate?
  10. We are sailing in 3 weeks so I am thinking of doing the book later certificate. But a few questions. is it correct that I have 6 months to decide on a cruise? Also am I able to transfer it to a TA after choosing a cruise and keep the Celebrity OBC? it looks like I can just fill out the form and drop it off rather than waiting to talk to an agent. Is this correct? anything else to be aware of? Thanks so much!!
  11. I’m sorry I meant to include that when you check in you can choose the arrival time at the port.
  12. If you have the celebrity app go to your cruise and click on the button on the top right. Looks like a profile. Your check in day will be in there. You can check in after midnight port embarkation time zone.
  13. Does this apply only for reservations paid in full? This is our first time with princess. sailing in November. We are a party of 8 so I’m a little concerned with getting dinner reservations. I’m considering just paying now in full but I’m not sure it will let me make the dinner reservations for the ones who haven’t! Uggh!
  14. Too bad the payment system doesn’t recognize your level by the sea pass card and zero out the charge. That would make life easier for all.
  15. I will do that. I’ve been lazy about calling!! 🤣
  16. Yes Naples is a little gritty but the food is amazing!!!
  17. What’s annoying is that it is not happening on all ships in all cabins. We were on Beyond in January in a SV cabin. Were told no it’s a safety issue. After we got off I saw a video of someone on our cruise in a SV cabin with loungers. Our friend were on accent in March in SV. They had a lounger on their balcony. Makes no sense!
  18. How amazing it would be to be the only ones on the ship for a little while! Reminds me of the cruises when it first started back up!!! I think being in a suite will help it go smoothly!
  19. Thank you so much!!!!
  20. We are on our first B2B in December in the same SV cabin. I booked these directly with Celebrity online. I didn’t bother to call to get the $50 discount. So my question is, does Celebrity automatically recognize that we are B2B or do I need to either call ahead of time or go to guest services to be sure we are on the list for disembarking and embarking after the first cruise?
  21. Yes you are too early to book dining for a 2026 cruise. When dining is available you can book it in the Cruise Planner.
  22. I may have misunderstood. Is it your reservation you aren’t seeing or the cruise itself? Because it sounds like “under your name” you are seeing it. If it’s the cruise itself it may be a celebrity glitch.
  23. When you click on “manage reservation’ it should bring you to a page that shows your upcoming reservation(s). If not scroll down and there will be a section “don’t see your cruise”. Click on that and you should be able to add it manually.
