Apologies, I have worded my question wrongly. It should read - If I had the Premium package but want a drink from Ultimate package, would I pay a difference or the full price of drink.

We will be embarking at Galataport in October and wanting to know if anyone had any problems getting through the port . What paperwork was needed? Have read where some people had problems as they did not have a key card?

We stayed in Venice after a cruise last year at Hotel Moresco in Venice. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Small boutique style with a lovely outdoor garden for breakfast and free evening snacks.

I have managed to get logged into Azamara account. Most information is correct, however we had checked in online prior to the IT transition but cannot see how we can print the Express passes?
