This is truly sad. Seth kept us all going through the pandemic with his virtual sailings……….unfortunately this is business……..

I just refared my cruise in March, for me I saved $80 and got pre-paid crew appreciation added on. I will say I think HAL has a lot of new reps who are still learning since the pandemic. The first rep I spoke to told me I couldn’t do it as it was for new bookings only which I didn’t recall seeing on their website. I waited 6 hours called back, got a different rep and she gladly refared my cruise saving me $80 and now I have the pre-paid crew appreciation……thank you HAL.

I added the new promo to my sailing next March, my fare went down by $80 and now I have crew appreciation………depending upon the sailing date, when you booked, category your in, it may benefit you, always check……

Canaletto is my vote

When HAL introduced the Pinnacle Grill many years ago it was excellent, unfortunately over the years its declined IMHO, and this was before covid…..I enjoy the Canaletto for a specialty restaurant more than the Pinnacle. I haven’t tried Tammarind so can’t comment….

Hyatt Place Convention on 17th Street, great hotel with airport shuttle, port shuttle all for a slight fee and reasonably cost parking while you cruise. This hotel is also within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Enjoy our cruise!

I second Duffy's, great place with something for everyone. Close by to Total Wine also if you need anything.............

Love that place too, except that $30/day resort fee………

Love the Hyatt Place on 17th Street, I am booked here for March and its across the street from ES so you can still enjoy Waxy’s Irish pub……

And Celebrity costs more than HAL.

Other cruise lines are experiencing issues as well, you can't escape, we are just coming out of a pandemic and its going to take time for all cruise lines to get back to "normal", whatever that may look like in the future. I just came back from a land tour in Italy, we had issues, I was just happy I could travel again......

Your welcome, on that web site you can also chose a vista class ship and look at those cabins as well. They are similar but I see to think the vista style cabins are a tad larger...........so you may be just fine... Enjoy your cruise..........

The bed is not closer to the balcony, its closer to the entry way. I would call HAL and ask that question before you get onboard. You can also go to https://halfacts.com/pinnacle-class/ you can click on the different class of cabins, perhaps that will help you.

I stayed in a standard verandah sized cabin, since we don't spend alot of time in our cabin, we found it to be perfectly ample for us. We did sail with several others who's cabins were next to each other, opened up the dividers and enjoyed our verandah before dinner for drinks.............we are booked in the same cabin category next year, can't wait!!!
