If you are talking about T#1 in PC...yes, there are many bars, cafes, and restaurants there within a couple of minutes walk. All within sight of the ship. Grills Tiki Bar is right next door ....practically at the end of the ship. We like going there before boarding for a Bloody Mary after we drop our bags and park in the garage. 🙂

Yeah, Bucky can eat all the sweets he can take in...and he works hard at taking them all in! 😄 Then gains no weight at all. Me...if I even look at any sweets, I gain weight. 😳 SF is my friend. 😉

Not sarcastic...truth. Many pax are confused thinking they are going to Orlando...they are not. And yes, I understand RCI lists the stop as "Orlando's Port Canaveral". Orlando does not own PC, and is 40 miles away. I am from there, and am insulted that our port is listed as Orlando. Cape Liberty does not advertise they are NY city, and the city is within view of that port.

Indeed, I wish I could talk Bucky into going to those as well...but I respect his feelings about it. I did work a bit harder to get him to start going to the VA for medical. Has been 15 years now, and he loves the clinic, the people there, and his doctors. At least he is doing that. 🙂

Ships do not dock in Orlando. They would have to put wheels on the ship to drag it 45 miles inland. Orlando is not even in the same county as Port Canaveral.

I got checked one time. They look to see if the seal is broken, and then shake it. Apparently bubbles or lack of...is a tell tale sign. 😉 But no...just water. That agent did not have a free happy hour after all. 😄

Yes indeed...but please...please people, DO fill a cup first then that bottle of yours. Keep used bottles away from the spigots on water dispensers around the ship. I have filled my bottle from cabin water tap if I had to...but prefer the filtered water from the dispensers.

Yup...they try anything. Have seen them confiscate bottles of alcohol that pax have put in Listerine bottles to hide them. They get very creative. Yuck...Listerine flavored rum. 😛

You take a chance there that your luggage will hit the "naughty room" and be detained. Crew would not know if those water bottles are bottles of Vodka. 🤔

Hope that ends up being fleet wide. Even the LA we talked to, when those first cans started to come out, told me the crew hated them. Can't seal them or refill them...and much more expensive. Bucky won't drink canned beer either. 😉

If you are in a suite and have the 10:30 first check in time....doors don't open an hour earlier than that. But indeed suites will board earlier than others once boarding actually begins.

Surprised the ship let them on with the 24 pack. It's 12 per cabin...or perhaps they had two cabins?

I would do that...but no guarantee it won't be those awful cans of water instead. 😑
