  1. The app is incorrect until you board the ship. If you want to see actual hours prior to your cruise you need to exit out of your sailing and select the current sailing.
  2. No. Blocks are awarded on the cruises that you reach the milestone. You would get the block on the sailing where you attained 140 points
  3. 8th floor is great. Easy access to CP. No noisier than any other deck with cabins above and below. You are separated by a hallway and a wall, you will not hear any noise from central park or the restaurants
  4. The largest you will get is 12 and that could be difficult, definitely not 15.
  5. Easy fix. Book another cruise that departs sometime before the Serenade.😇
  6. The mini segments C&A benefits do not change. The full voyage cruisers get some choices and added perks and like John mentioned the 4 segment cruisers lose out on a few things that the WC get.
  7. Only if you are sailing from Europe. 21 years old out of North America.
  8. With ships sailing full and some even being oversold the number of successful upgrade bids is extremely low, you almost certainly won't get it with a minimum bid.
  9. Are they even clawing back for those that booked all the segments individually?
  10. At least the Bionoc bar seems to be on the way out at least on new builds. Whether they get replaced on future drydocks is another thing.
  11. Using that logic then they would have to revamp the entire system for adults as well. Look at the price differential between insides and balconies that are all earing one point per night or a Royal suite that could cost nearly 100 time what that inside cost
  12. Unfortunately you are not their target audience so it is inevitable that they will add the slide.
  13. Don't forget that Radiance class and below will not see any amplifications. They will get the basics to keep them serviceable until they are sold.
  14. Balcony dividers that open were first introduced on the 2'nd generation Voyager class ships.
  15. Loyalty ambassadors on board can't even get the policy right, I'm not placing a whole lot of stock in what someone at guest services states.
  16. To purchase the OBC in one step you need to call.
  17. Not surprisingly the rep did not have a clue what they were talking about. Purchased obc is refundable.
  18. They probably ended right around the time of your last cruise.
  19. The only time I have ever had a cabin repriced when adding an extra passenger is if you have a double occupancy cabin and are adding a third, as you then have to change cabin categories. If you have 3 in the room and the room holds 4 or in the case of rooms that hold up to 8 all additional guests are added at the same rate as the third guest even if the rates have increased.
  20. Just did thst exact thing this morning. It follows the old rules. In my case no additional deposit was needed since it had been moved into a group.
  21. Decided to start a new thread since the other one veered off course. It looks like some information that I posted about the suite deposits was incorrect. While the deposit is still 10% of the cruise fare and that is non refundable and fully lost of cancelled there still is the ability to change ship and sail date for a $100 per person fee. Not sure if I had been given wrong information or if something changed between then and now but I did a mock booking this morning on a suite and while the deposit was indeed 10% the wording on the invoice and website still has the $100 change fee listed.
  22. Yes, similar to what they added to Oasis on her last drydock
