  1. The times listed are ships times. How that will relate to the time in Cozumel depends on whether the Captain adjusts the ship time. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. On our trip this past Christmas on the Wonder the Captain adjusted our time ahead by an hour after we departed CocoCay to that we would match St. Marten and St. Thomas and then it was adjusted back after we left St. Thomas. This doesn't always happen and you will be told on board.
  2. I tried this over and over again for several clients in December and January and the only way to get it applied was to reprice the reservation to current rates.

  6. They haven't been announced but I suspect the short itineraries for the 5 ships previously mentioned will be sometime Monday to Thursday this week as they did the test load last week.

  8. it gives you no more negotiating power. As long as you are before Royals final payment date you can get the price drop whether the cruise is paid in full or not. The only difference is if you had paid in full you will get a refund vs paying the lower amount

  10. That should have been refunded to your on board account. Doubtful you will see it after the fact
  11. You will occasionally see guarantees available for one. Be careful with that as you could get berthed in a Studio room and still not get the double points.
  12. Sorry to hear that.. You got a rep who was not properly trained or had difficulty understanding your request or communicating how it should be repriced. Removing the third guest should have seen no change to the other guests pricing and their fare should have simply dropped from the booking. I just did this last week for a client.

  14. The app is not accurate until the day you board and connect to ships wifi.
  15. There are none that will provide both because of how far the airport is from the cruise terminal. You will need to Uber or Lyft one of the legs. If your flight is getting in late just stay at a cheaper hotel by the Airport. If you arrive early enough to see some sights then look for a hotel downtown
  16. Group bookings can be done direct but like you mentioned they needed to have 8 or more rooms when they set it up.. I think someone else answered this but only double occupancy cabins are offered at group rates and get booked directly ion the group. Other categories not offered at group rates (suites) and triples/quads get booked outside of the group and then moved into the group for the group amenities.
  17. I am guessing that they have already paid in full as I am pretty sure a TA would not be leaving final until the last day. Any group bookings are done through a different department and cannot be accessed through the regular agents
  18. Its a May 13 sailing. Royals final payment date is Today...90 days before sailing.
