Good cloudy and chilly afternoon. I hope everyone is having a good day. Today is support all the fire companies in Lancaster County dinners day. We hit 3 of them for takeout. Witmer for ox roast, Caernarvon for turkey and finally, Martindale for roast beef. Good eating for sure. Blessings and prayers to all on our lists.

Unfortunately,the ship is having azipod problems and will not be sailing tomorrow. She is not sailing until Monday morning with an altered schedule.

Good evening, I hope everyone had a good day. We went to Longwood Gardens today for membership day and to see the Chrysanthemum festival. It was really busy and there were a lot of kids there on school trips. The centerpiece is actually 1 plant with over 1300 blooms. The garden railroad has a Philadelphia sports team theme. I wanted to mention this before and I am not sure if it made the news outside of the Philadelphia area but on Thursday evening a Philadelphia police officer paid the ultimate price and was shot and killed attempting to stop a car theft at PHL . His partner was also wounded and is expected to recover. RIP Officer Richard Mendez 💔

Good evening all, I hope everyone had a good day. I never got to post yesterday but I hope everyone is doing well I was to Corfu on KDAM premier sailing in 2016. I remember going to the Achelon palace and just a tour around the island. I have an update on Barb from her husband. She is wiped out from the chemotherapy and still not gaining any weight. Next week is an off week with no treatment and they hope to go to the mountains for a few days 🙏🤞 Blessings and prayers to all on our lists.

Good sunny and warm afternoon.I’m back from my doctors appointment, basically nothing’s changed. He wants to keep doing the Botox and try a different muscle relaxer. See you in 6 months but at checkout the scheduler said his first available appointment is June. So much for 6 months, but on the list for cancellation. Also, came home to a message from the electric company that due to scheduled maintenance we will lose power tomorrow from 9-2 . Life is good 😀

We’re telepathically celebrating Thanksgiving Day with our Canadian friends by having a takeout turkey dinner from a local restaurant. It’s a complete meal with turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans and cranberry sauce and freshly baked bread.
