  3. What? Wait? You're an RC Diamond member with almost 6k posts over almost 14 years on CC and this is a serious question? https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-key-program
  4. We are on the Voyager in December 2022. We will probably embark early since we are flying in the day before and have to be out of our hotel by 10am. Since our ship leaves at 830pm from San Juan, we wanted to go back out in the early afternoon as long as we are able to. I have done this in the past pre covid in Barcelona and San Juan a few times and had a lot of fun. So my only question is, is this allowed again or once we board, that's it, no going back outside? This is a 5 day cruise.
  5. Basic Zoom is free to use. It should work on the ship...I guess. https://zoom.us/pricing
  6. I received several test kits in the mail a couple of weeks ago. ALL had past the expiration date...SMH
  7. Not stirring the pot Mr busy body. Making a rational opinionated comment. I believe that is the idea of an open forum. SMH
  8. Already a couple of posts for this if you scroll just a bit 😉
  9. 100%. "Some" think it's a time to pile on the food and go for it all. We are also in the gym every morning as both are competitive athletes. Wife CrossFit, me a pro athlete. We try to keep the same routine as home, but do enjoy ourselves as we meal plan year round and splurge on vacation. It always amazes us when we see some much food piled high on two plates being carried by someone in the Windjammer. Everything is good in moderation. Gotta love all of the variety of food on a cruise as I'm a huge foodie 🙂. We use to refill our bottles, but out of respect to others, just purchase the water package.
  10. I just cancelled our Voom Surf + Stream and purchased The Key for our 10/15 Symphony sail. Worked out $63 more, but with everything included, it was worth it. Chops lunch alone on "sale" would have been $50 and we all know how crazy busy the Windjammer gets (and finding seats) on day 1 so this was a no brainer.
  11. Watching DVDs on a cruise? Maybe stay home and watch TV and save the $$$ 🙂
  12. We just did the same thing. Although my mom, whos a TA, called and changed it for us. The earliest on our sailing for MTD at 6:45 was a bit late and would feel rushed to make an early show. 5:30 table for 2 please 🙂
  13. We have used Godfrey Tours in the past and will use again next month. Great service and offers a variety of tours including downtown shopping: https://www.godfreytours.com/
  14. Exactly. We usually circle or highlight an event or show etc. on the paper CC that we want to do the next day. Nothing beats having a hard copy with you. I do appreciate having last minute updates via the app and would like to use both.
  15. We made MTD reservations months ago on the website. Our sailing is 10/15.
  16. 100% agreed. My wife has has Covid 3 times due to her compromised immune system following cancer/chemo (all in remission thank the lord), and I was around her all of the time. Plus, I'm around patients with Covid and I have yet to have Covid. My antibodies are very high plus my blood type has been documented to have better resistance. Showing vax cards to board and cruisers believing people are "fully vaxed" is a false sense of security. My vax was a year and a half ago, yet I'm considered "fully vaxed" when the efficacy of the vax has worn off over a year ago.
  17. We did the VIP and it was just ok. This was back in October 2018. Seemed pretty busy in the VIP area, so after we ate, we packed up and went to the other side of the island and had the whole beach to ourselves to sun and snorkel. It all depends what you're looking for
  18. That's really a false sense of security. I had my vax a year and a half ago, yet I'm considered "fully vaccinated" even though the efficacy of the vax is only a few months.
