  1. Oh sure....leave it to someone to spoil the ending for me 🤣as if I was even gonna watch it in the first place.
  2. If you have the plus package, that includes the tips for the crew, and the 18% tip for drinks are also included. You still can get the OBC for the 100 shares if booked through a TA. Also, if you are a veteran from the UK you can get OBC for that as well. Just check under the military benefits on the bottom of the princess website.
  3. Depending upon cabin type gratituities run 14 to 15 usd per person per day. Drinks, depending on your poison can be from $7 to $18 from some of the menus I've seen here. You can search menus and find some of the new menus.
  4. Some people have reported that they have to apply for the military benefits every time. Some of us are just lucky as to not to have to. And thanks to all that served or serving 🙂
  5. And then I tell them sugar on the rim instead of salt....wonder why I'm diabetic 🤣
  6. We always pick a cabin on lido deck because I'm a very early riser, like around 4:30 to 5 so I like the buffet coffee cause it is ground on I believe most of the royal class ships. I know the Regal had good coffee. But you have to understand, good coffee to me could be not good to someone else. All the coffee I drank in the army dulled the taste buds 🤣 We had a marching song we sang " they say that in the army the coffee's mighty fine...it looks like muddy water and tastes like turpentine" 🤣
  7. They also sell magnets that can go over it to cover it up, I believe they cost around $5

  10. Thanks for the idea. There is a spot on the app and website where you fill in your information. One line says "preferred name" I decide since DW says she is a princess, I was going to put that as her preferred name. But as usual it won't let me even save it after I enter it. Figures, they still haven't got it all fixed. 🤣
  11. I sure hope that isn't so. We sail on the 28th and I always wake up before the horizon court staff are even willing to get my coffee for me 🤣and that's where I always go first since we stay on the lido deck.
  12. As a retired pest control technician of 38 years, so far I have never found them on a cruise I've been on.....And yes, I check every time 🤣. Not something I want to bring home. But it is very possible to have them on a ship as it is in a 5 star hotel. And yes...I have seen them in a couple of 5 star hotels....not that I've ever been able to stay in a 5 star hotel 🤣
  13. We don't have motion sickness, but I would recommend a cabin on the lowest deck you can get and as close to the center of the ship as possible. Less motion felt there.
  14. I have read that if it bothers you and you don't bring anything like tape to cover sensors cabin steward will do it for you if you ask them 🤞
  15. If you click on where it says Enchanted princess in PacNgonow's link that they posted it will take you to that thread where you can ask if they can post a picture of the menu from Good spirits at sea. 🙂
  16. No mater if in green lane or blue lane, still bring all of your documents (i.e. passport, vaccine card and test results) just because they are in the app, they still will want to see them.
  17. I need to use my reading glasses more....I am sorry.... It's the internet cafe there. Guess I'll talk to the eye doctor on my next visit. 😁
  18. I have read they have put LED lights in areas like they bathroom hallway and I believe under the nightstands and maybe desk area that will detect motion at night for when some of us get up to go to the rest room (2-3 times a night 🤣) . I have also read in these threads that the sensor can be covered to eliminate them from coming on. I plan on packing some painters tape to cover them 🤣
  19. By now all ships should be medallion class I would think. Maybe crew didn't need the medallions, I don't know if the cabin stewards still use cards to enter the cabin while they work, but they did on our last medallion cruise in 2019. I also checked the deck plans for Diamond and see it on deck 5 starboard side.
  20. So...has anyone actually been able to log into these sites from the emails?? I still wonder how real it is. At least I haven't gotten the wine one. I guess they know my wine is only $10 a bottle and has a screw top 🤣
  21. Yep...I check mine at least once a day 😊
  22. Can't find anything on google about it either.
  23. @CineGraphic Are you able to log in and see what it's about? I just received the email and I tried the ocean log in and says it's invalid....maybe it's a scam.....lol
