  1. A lot of times it depends on the airline you are flying on. Delta allows seat chose as soon as you book ezair, but I know that a few others don't.
  2. In the passage contract you'll find this "Guests are also prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages on board that are packaged in bottles. A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought on board on embarkation day, only if carried on in Guests’ hand luggage (not in checked luggage). A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less per person. Guests will be asked to discard open beverages in plastic containers prior to boarding." Now, if needed for medical reasons, (i.e. CPAP machine) can be ordered from princess or cabin steward.
  3. Yes to free in comfort plus also
  4. I'm in group A for our next cruise 11-11:30 and our shuttle doesn't pick us up until 10:15 and it's a 45 minute ride. I hope we're onboard by 11:30....we want lunch in MDR 🤣
  5. We have always carried a couple of battery powered tea lights to put in the bathroom so we could find our way. Guess I'll have to find a way to block them. I'm old and get up 2 to 3 times a night and don't want to wake the DW 🤣
  6. They've been trying to do time frames for years, even before the medallion.
  7. I'm in group A for our August cruise and it says11-11:30 when I look in the arrival and departure section in the app
  8. We like symphony because we sit in Good spirits for cocktails first.
  9. Thanks, I do buy it, just not to often since it sits in fridge forever because of the stupid intermittent diet 🤣 but on the ship we have the drink package and back on the cruise diet 🤣
  10. Great hard cider, love it. There are different flavors 🙂
  11. First thanks for service to all. If I remember right it used to show up in the patter for when and where.
  12. On one of our first cruises on the way to the drill I made a comment " what good is it, if the ship is sinking the crew will be the first off" I turned around and there were to crew members behind us smiling 🤣
  13. I know when I was in the army we had a place near the PX that was lines of phone booths we called phone city. Maybe that is kind of what they mean?
  14. Thunderbird....ahh, but it was a good week though 🤣
  15. Welcome to Cruise critic. I've never done the tour part, but the sea portion is usually the first and last sea days of the cruise.
  16. Forgive me....I guess I should have proofed the persons post before cutting and pasting......That's why it was in quotation marks. 🤣
  17. This was post by someone in another thread on the subject "I have used my cpap on my last few cruises including the Royal which we just got off of in May. We contact Princess (and we were also on Celebrity) ahead of time and they supply the distilled water for free. When you board just see your room stewart and he will supply the extension cord and whatever you need. He then runs the cord and tapes it to the floor for safety. They have all been excellent on either of these cruise lines in looking after me."
  18. I have read some people have had issues that they have to apply every cruise they take.
  19. This was my last cruise card before right when they first started the medallions
  20. Here's a link to the roll call.....still not really as active as others, but you are welcome to join 😊
  21. can also be done from the web version listed under personal information dashboard.
  22. That's the one we're on....maybe we'll see you 🤣
