    The whole purpose of going to Guest Services is to make sure that you get that letter that explains everything. 😎

    We were at Jack's in January and everything was good EXCEPT the bar service! Had to practically beg for a drink while the bartenders played on their phones. Some others on our cruise said they waited 20 minutes to be served then gave up and left. It wasn't that busy that day. Unless we hear multiple times that this has been addressed and fixed, we won't be back.

    I don't think you will have a problem, but I would stop at Guest Services during the first cruise to make sure everything is connected.

    We do our reviews to share our love of cruising and info with the Cruise Critic community. Nothing more and nothing less. It also helps us to relive the cruises we have taken. The only personal gain is the friendships we have made with fellow Cruise Critic members that we have met on every cruise, and here on the boards. 😎

    We've sailed with Lee on the Splendor, Panorama, and Mardi Gras. I would say he is now our favorite. Looking forward to seeing him next month on the Celebration. 😎

    Talking about some longer cruises sprinkled in, like Hawaii, to southern Mexico ports, or north to Alaska, or maybe some cruises out of San Francisco like the Miracle did. Those might get me out there again to check out the ship. 😎

    Same for us for the Spirit in Miami in January. Diamonds were also first for the Freedom in January at Port Canaveral. We were the first one's on the ship. 😎
