  1. We were in Bermuda in September. Applied for the Authorization 30 days prior to sailing, received it 9 days prior to sailing.
  2. Enjoying your review and pictures! I hope you had better weather in Bermuda than we did!
  3. Megan, the obstructions are the lifeboats. They don't block your view looking straight out, they block your view looking straight down at the water. 😎
  4. Thanks so much for reading! They will usually have early card sales a couple of hours prior to the show. Check the Hub App or the paper copy of the activities for time and place. You can also go about a half hour prior to the show and get your card(s). Cards are $25 each, or 2 for $40. Here are what your cards look like. At the bottom of your card, hidden under the tab is your card number. It is that number which is randomly drawn to select the on-stage contestant. They will also show the name of the person who bought the card up on the screen. There are two games per session, and your card is good for both games. Everybody else plays for the prize board. The idea is to have as many matches as you can. The more matches, the better the prize. What is a match? As the on-stage contestant selects cases, say he selects case # 5 and it has $10 in it, then you open # 5 on your card, and if it shows $10, you have a match. You don't win anything until you have two matches. After every round they will show the prize board, and you can see how many people have matches and at what level. Whatever level you're at when the game ends is what you win. They will explain how you will receive any prizes that you win. I think that covers it!
  5. Thanks for reading and enjoy your return to the Carnival Legend! As with the bingo card sales, no cash, it gets charged to your Sail & Sign card.
  6. Thanks so much for reading! Post #446 has our upcoming cruise info, or you can check my signature.
  7. Thanks for reading! With all the pictures that Patti took we blanked again on your parents? Next time we'll get them for sure! I actually only played about 8 hours total. The casino rate I booked for these cruises didn't come with drinks on us. I think that I have four booked in the future that do. In any event, the pit boss threw a few my way which was good.
  8. Only if you want too. Not required.
  9. It was great meeting both of you as well. Thanks for being part of our journey and hope to sail with you again!
  10. Hey Guys! Hope you didn't have too much damage. Looking forward to seeing you on the Spirit in January!
  11. Thanks for following along once again! Have a GREAT cruise on the Mardi Gras!
  12. Glad you enjoyed our review, and hope it helped you to get to know the Carnival Legend. That cruise to Greenland is going to be awesome!
  13. Thanks for reading! I hope our review helped get you prepared for you cruise on the Legend. Have a GREAT cruise!
  14. Thanks for reading and your kind words! We'll be back at it in January for a S2S. on 1/7 we'll be boarding the Freedom from Port Canaveral for a 5 day cruise to Amber Cove and Grand Turk. We have our poolside cabanas already booked at both ports. Once off the Freedom, we will be driving down to Miami and board the Spirit on 1/14, for an 8 day cruise to Princess Cay, Grand Turk, Aruba, and Bonaire. We have not been on either of these ships before, so get to cross them off our list. In April we will be doing a B2B on the Celebration. Looking forward to that as well. Getting selected for Deal or No Deal was a highlight for sure, but playing Fun Golf in Bermuda, and visiting the Titanic grave site in Halifax were up there as well.
  15. Thanks again Megan, for taking us along with you. Safe travels home!
