Yes, they have always been only in the evening. They also were a very small snack. What I see on the upcoming menu looks to be a more substantial snack. does it looks $15 worthy, no. I usually book the premier fare so I will definitely give it a try. And I hope the serving hours are expanded.

Pre-covid, Vines had tapas each evening and sushi on ships without Ocean Terrace. Post-covid, it was slower returning but I was able to get both on the Ruby both times I sailed on her this last year.

I've been booking the Premier fare and am actually happy with the changes so I will continue to book premier!

What do you mean by alcohol portion? The drink portion of the fare also includes soda, water, fancy coffee, etc. It is not just alcohol. My San Pelegrino consumption alone more than covers the value of it.

Oh yes, a Smartie. I like neither of those beverages but they are actually not bad when combined. At least I kind of liked them back in my college days.

I was on the Island last fall and never want to sail on her again. The layout is very odd. I kept getting turned around and lost. I've been on several Princess ships and the ship is small so I shouldn't get lost so frequently! They took out the aft lounge and put in cabins which was a mistake, IMO. There is no International Cafe. The casino is very small. The positives: It does have a very nice sized library (I hate that the new ships no longer have a library!) and Crooners has a nice set up.

Two of my friends and I booked on the Regal a while back for an October cruise. We only could see guarantee rooms but we went through our Princess vacation planner and he was able to get all 3 of us in cabins right next to each other. So he could see what we couldn't.

If they are still looking into it, how is that the same as they aren't honoring it like the title of this thread says? Also, most of the offers I get state the offer is subject to limited availability.

How did you find out what classes were offered and when? I've been interested doing the classes and have had Premier my last 4 cruises but couldn't figure out where, what, and when to go.

I didn't notice any worry in the question from the OP. I have wondered the same thing about the items so I'm glad the question was asked. I'm also not worried about it; I've simply wondered.

I really enjoy a Stoli Elit martini and it is above the Plus price limit. But you can just pay the difference. And like memoak said, most of the adult drinks fall within the Plus price limit. I always get Premier because I also like the fancy wines.

Same! And I like saving at least 10%! But it is good for people to know if they plan to pay off their balance with the gift cards and owe more than the $2,250 because they will need to plan ahead. I need to have my October cruise PIF next month. I bought all 5 GC but still have a balance so hopefully they are still available next month. Last year, I bought Princess gift cards through Rakuten when they had a 6% rebate. That also worked out well.

Weird that firefox works for you but not me. Well, I'm a single person so I can only get 5. But even for you and your wife, it is still a limit of 5 per person.

I bought some gift cards a couple weeks ago. I had the hardest time trying to find them, even went through a link like the one above. Turns out, the site didn't like the browser I was using (firefox). I had no issues with Edge or Chrome. Also note, you can only buy 5 gift cards per month.

My friends and I were on the Discovery in November. One friend had a very basic extension cord. No strip, just the cord with the plug on the end. It was confiscated at boarding. 🤷‍♀️

The $20 extra for the Premier package isn't just for drinks. The Premier package also includes 2 specialty dinners ($39 each), additional wifi connections, the desserts, the fitness classes, door prizes, etc so this isn't an apples to apples comparison.

Definitely! I love a dinner that lasts that long but I don't go there to eat; I go to dine!

I agree. I was on Discovery last month and was really disappointed in the Crown but my steak was perfect in La Mer. I'll be back on Discovery in Feb and have already booked La Mer for the first night as well! (It's also my birthday and that is where I want to celebrate it!)
