  1. So it isn’t something the travel agent did wrong, it’s just the terms of the deal you got on the booking, if I read you correctly?
  2. No. They do not mimic each others policies
  3. Getting a sharps container for your state room means that you don’t have to try to coordinate with the medical services opening hours, you can take care of it in your own room and really that’s much better
  4. You might want to follow along with this live trip report
  5. No. When you buy a drink package it includes the tips.
  6. So to recap Retreat continental — no charge Retreat premium — no charge Aqua continental — no charge Aqua premium — 9.95 + 20% all others continental — no charge all others premium — 9.95 + 20%
  7. Aqua and Retreat premium add these items. For Aqua there is a delivery charge for the premium. The charge is waived for Retreat
  8. On the app there are three kinds of menus …. One for Retreat, one for Aqua, one for everyone else. For each there is a continental and a premium, which is $9.95 plus 20% except for Retreat which has no charge for the premium here are screen shots of continental. They may be out of order. Next post will have screen shots of premium
  9. Have you checked rhe S class cabin spreadsheet sticky? Above these posts.
  10. You have misunderstood the Captains Club upgrade offer. And your travel agent did, too.

  12. Try looking at your “my celebrity” account on the website. The app does not show everything.
  13. I believe in the case you refer to, and others like it, one passenger got the alcohol package and the other passenger wanted only the non alchohol package for health reasons and that was granted. But the second passenger was not able to do without some sort of drinks package altogether.
  14. One consequence of trying to remove the auto gratuities is that it becomes a black mark against your housekeeping staff and your servers. You probably don’t intend to hurt them, but it does. You may not be aware that if you take off the auto gratuities and you pay your housekeeper in cash, they have to turn that over into the tip pool. They are not allowed to keep that cash. Only if the auto gratuities are kept in place are they allowed to keep any over and above cash tips.
  15. Since that is the regularly scheduled disembarkation day, you should have no trouble getting off the ship early enough to make the ferry
  16. We do it when we know that there will be a large expenditure coming up after the cruise and we are trying to spread our payments out a little; so by purchasing onboard credit ahead of the cruise our on-board spending doesn’t add to the next month’s burden when we get home
  17. Wasnt that the Senior Officers Party or the Captains Welcome Party rather than the Captains Club Happy Hour?
  18. If it is on the happy hour menu, you can order it without any further payment. If you are looking for something that is not on the happy hour menu, your normal terms and conditions of your classic package apply
