The Breakaway felt very claustrophobic. The pool area was small and the pool was 6 feet deep all around. It was hard to stand up. Food was okay. Balcony was tiny, just didn’t care for it.

We enjoyed seeing big name entertainers up close and reasonably priced. Siegfried and Roy were a fill in at one of the production shows? Couldn’t believe we paid so little to see them and than their prices were ridiculous when they got famous!!!

I am getting a new grand dog on Wednesday! Sherlock, my son and his family will now have three dogs. My husband thinks they are crazy!!!

I would walk along the Terrace from St. Peter’s to the ferry shelter to get the bus home. Otherwise it was two buses home if I left from the school. You had some trip to St. Louis! Did you know Carol Waltman? She was a year or two older than me and we couldn’t believe she went to school so far away!
