  1. I've got at least 40 squirreled away. I use them for the grocery store. Never them carry on or off the ship.
  2. Princess could prevent this by giving OBC with a bonus ($3 token worth $3.25 or $3.50 if turned in & using the free laundry). Sell it to another cruiser at a discount ($3 token and get $2) or turn it in for extra OBC.
  3. It would depend on the itinerary...Caribbean - no way, Alaska - maybe, port intensive - maybe, Hawaii - doubtful. If Carnival brands status matched it would be an incentive for us to try other lines. Oh, well.
  4. You should have asked that "expert" how many cruises they'd been on. The answer would probably be ZERO.
  5. I think they hide them because the crew wants them all to themselves. 🤣
  6. Coffee is from syrup on all but the Royal class ships. It could have been caffeine withdrawal, but... 1) how many cups do you drink a day? 2) the syrup could be lower in caffeine but not completely decaf 3) are you sure you weren't filling your cup with decaf?
  7. Historical tidbit: When I was a kid (grew up in Orange County & I'm 76 now) a looong time ago, my Dad raced hot rods on the runway. This was way before it was renamed. There was a control tower and one runway. They put straw bales on the edge of the runway to "protect" the audience. Great times.
  8. You can...play a little (maybe 5 "pulls"), then cash out. You can even do it on successive days.
  9. They absolutely are offered by email. I've gotten 2.
  10. In 20 or so cruises as Elite, have never had that happen. Stopped using the laundry room as soon as we hit Elite.
  11. And folded...they even fold the undies.
  12. Seems like you'd have to have a wireless printer, then figure out a way to get your phone connected to it.
  13. Good thought. Didn't even think of the Sanctuary (only done it once & had a disppointing experience). @zanderblue if you want to try the Sanctuary...it costs $20/half day/pp, $40pp for a full day. There's a discount, if you book the whole cruise. Each 1/2 day includes some food. You can read about on Princess.com (or someone here will have more info).
  14. Did you forget to read my RESPONSE? Would you like me to repeat it? Look at the post again and read the RED answers in the OP's original questions.
  15. I love prime rib. Tried it on cruises several times and it was never good. I order something else when it's on the menu.
  16. You don't have to carry money around the ship either way. Tipping beyond "crew appreciation" is discretionary.
  17. Do it!! Absolutely have to try it at least once. The one we did was amazing.
  18. You got lucky. I don't think it's "Princess" that is good at eggs. I've had runny, half raw (at least to me) poached eggs on many Princess ships. I've learned to ask for medium well eggs of all types, otherwise they way too undercooked for my taste.
  19. Nuts!! We've been on at least 6 Princess cruises and are on a B2B in November (not the Royal). Our first HI cruise was in 2013 & we paid $1800pp. The current one (both insides). Paid $1104pp midforward for the first one, waited until final payment & the price was at $1013 aft (lowest category all the way forward was $900).
  20. Just about the only thing you can't use OBC for on the ship is to buy Future Cruise Deposits or booking a cruise with the Future Cruise Consultant.
