If your refundable OBC is <$25, you can collect it at the Pax Svcs desk the day before debark. If it's >$25, you'll get a check (sometime in the future anywhere from 2-10 weeks). The check comes from Bottomline.
Princess doesn't refund OBC to credit cards (at least in the US, it might be different in Europe, etc).
If there's no separate entrance, there will be a sign for CC that will show you the way into the MDR.
On the Discovery, the entrance had a podium with a sign for CC on one side of the entrance and the other side was for everyone else.
I wonder why different people get different choices (especially in DMW). I don't have "reserve for the same time each day". I have to go through each day individually. It's a PITA... 2 of my cruises are 15 days and one is 28 days.
You can also order Crown Grill & Sabatini's food (a la carte) in the TV app and (likely) in the Medallion app (don't know for sure, never looked).
If you order a main, salad, soup, dessert - it would cost more than $29.
As above, with an exception...we didn't get a table cloth, just more food than we could eat (which was a good thing because some of it was food that we wouldn't eat). Ours wasn't exactly "first class". The waiter brought a tray piled with food and left it.
The OBC is always broken down in the Personalizer by category. For example: ours shows Shareholder, Military, Future Cruise Deposit, etc.
On the printout for the cruise, it only shows the totals.
AFAIK there's no limit on how long you need to own the shares. Buy today, send in your info as soon as available.
Maybe the issue is whatever the stockbroker sent. Princess is very particular about the documentation.
Not a lot of sympathy going on in the above responses.
1) Others have reported that there is a "packet" of information. Why didn't OP get one?
2) OP doesn't say if they received food/drinks. Were they fed?
3) Did OP order anything from the TV or Medallion from room service? Towels, food, etc.
4) Was OP charged the "early disembarkation" fee?
That's not the way mine works. When I choose a time (there is no choice for "same time every night"), it displays the MDRs that are available. Some have private table AND shared, some only shared. Never seen only private.
You can also check-in first at your muster station...if you know which one it is.
In April, we walked by a muster station on the way to the elevators, I asked "is this our muster station?". The answer was "yes". Checked-in, then went to the cabin.
Casino - guess they don't think non-smokers gamble. We'll only be going in there to play a couple of slot "pulls", then cash out our excess OBC.
Glad to hear you got strawberries - I'm going to try adding it to our canapé selection on formal night. 😍
You don't have to drink. Chef's Table costs less (IIRC $15 less) without the wine. We don't drink and enjoyed it immensely. There are non-alcoholic drinks provided, so you won't be thirsty.🥰
ALL OBC is available to use for anything you buy on board the ship (with the exception of Future Cruise Deposits). You OBC will be listed in 2 categories: refundable and non-refundable. The non-refundable is used first.
If you have any refundable OBC left at the end of the cruise, you can cash out at the Pax Svcs desk (if less than $25 - there was one report that he got $250 in cash, but that isn't the usual amount) OR if >$25 a check will be mailed (3-4 weeks or longer).
