Having met him on board ship lat year I have no desire to repeat the experience. He was rude to me, so I returned the favour. As to his show, it helped me sleep, unfortunately I was in the theatre and not my bed.

```We cruised into Mumbai a few years ago. What we did was on leaving the ship and going out through gates into street is walk past many of the taxi drivers touting for business to near the end of taxi line, well away from entrance. We spoke to a lovely young guy and told him we wanted to see the sights, Gandhi house, laundry etc and agreed a price. We also arranged to meet him in the evening so he could take us to a non tourist restaurant. It was a brilliant day and he was very reasonably priced and an absolute gentleman. You will hav a fantastic time I am sure.

We did our Indian visas electronically. Be aware that the turnaround time is VERY fast! You have to activate visa, i.e. travel within a certain time of it being approved. I think it's 28 days, then you have a month validity. I think my application was approved within 8 hours. It's very easy to do yourself rather than via an agent.

Yes there is an assigned boarding time, you choose it when you do online check in. Muster is watching a video on stateroom tv and going to station to check in when you board ship. Covid test is dependant on country but most have dropped it now. No phone app as far as I know.

We docked at Ijmuiden last year. It's a 20 ish minute drive to town, so possibly this is the one you are thinking of?

It has been very busy on this trip. However this was around 10.30 pm and fairly empty. It was very upsetting and a shock. We’ve always loved our time onboard.

We were already in the bar enjoying the piano music.

There is enjoying drinks and there is loud and boorish behaviour. There was a talented musician playing in that particular bar, which people go to listen to.

We were luckier. Arrived at check in around 12.15, ( scheduled for noon check in) and it only took about 20 minutes including security.

Each night we sit in Martinis after the show and enjoy listening to the pianist whilst enjoying a nightcap. Last night was a horrible exception. There were a group of 4 people who were incredibly loud. We managed to move seats to get further away but it was still noisy. I asked them to quieten down a bit as we were trying to enjoy the music. The response was to shout at me and threaten to “ take my face off”. I was pretty shocked. Bar staff had to intervene. I did report it to reception last night and again this morning. So far no response. It saddens me that it happened onboard and has soured my enjoyment, sadly.

In UK for extraordinary sale we are given a choice, O Life ultimate, or O Life choice, and it is priced accordingly. I didn't realise until I was told last week that to get the ultimate I would be paying approx £1000 more. It really depends what is included in your USA offer.

I've taken 13 cruises with Oceania, from 7 days to 18 days. I am 2 cruises from Gold. Hopefully everyone is clear now.

Just back from Encore and had the most delicious cheesecake in Dining Room. I believe it was ricotta. A recommendation from our server. Possible the best dessert I've had on SB.

It was a VERY long walk from ship through terminal. We were on Oceania last August and it took us at least 15 minutes of walking to get out of terminal, up and down escalators etc. However it was worth it as Istanbul is such a beautiful city!

I am booked on another cruise line and spoke with the UK rep who said they will sort VietnamCambodia visas onboard and debit our account. For peace of mind I would call Oceania direct and get it from them. You need a specific visa for entry by sea.

Yes, they usually play in the Grand Bar area in the early evening and also at afternoon tea.

Are now compulsory again. Currently on board Marina and as of last night(22 September) all staff have to now wear a mask. There are a very small number of Covid cases among passengers, that I know of.
