  1. Regent said they would only send to account that was used to pay, despite me informing them it was now closed. Money was sent via TA to Regent. All in all a complete mess.
  2. Our cruise was cancelled in January and we are still awaiting a refund! My travel agent has chased it and now I am doing the same. It was sent to an old bank account and immediately returned but now it's lost in their system. I must admit to getting pretty fed up now. each time I call the UK office it's the same response, we are looking into it. I am shocked at their customer service. rant over, just needed to vent after yet another call Friday to chase it.
  3. It was so lovely to see you all again! I have to agree with what you have written. A wonderful cruise with a few minor issues. I won't mention the incredibly rude and negative passenger I encountered at breakfast!🤣
  4. I found MSC Yacht Club the opposite of other posters. The food was mediocre, staff lovely but not well trained and overall an expensive waste of time for us. I'm glad we tried it but never again!
  5. Yes, were were on there in January and received an upsell offer to a Penthouse suite. It was fabulous! Yes it was more expense but worth it for the cabin. My thought was why not after the 2 + years we have had.
  6. We have just returned form a trip on Marina. When we board ship we were asked to go straight to muster station then ticked off list. It was all very smooth and easy.
  7. Just back from Marina and found the internet ok. It did drop out a few times but then we were sailing around Norway and were warned it may happen. FB etc all worked fine on regular package.
  8. I've recently been on Seabourn Encore, in a very large suite and I have to say the trip was amazing. A few minor glitches, and I do mean minor. We had a brilliant time. Wonderful staff, food, fellow passengers. It's a shame when things go wrong, but considering the times we have been through, it is understandable. Personally I am just glad that we can cruise again. I am sure your trip will be great.
  9. It is important for the crew. I always fill in my form and mention by name those crew members who went above and beyond. People are quick to complain but not so quick to praise! besides, if there are any issues they can potentially be resolved whilst onboard.
  10. I agree! We have been so incredibly lucky not only to take multiple cruises but to meet such wonderful people who work onboard. Some of them have just gone that extra mile, so we discreetly give them a bit extra at the end of our cruise. I know it's a bone of contention with many but it's my choice. I'm fortunate in life so I try and share a bit of that.
  11. I have tipped particular staff members at the end of my cruise. Those who have really gone above and beyond, which on Seabourn is not easy as the service is superb. Each to their own!
  12. As I said in a later posting, having just come off 3 different cruises I mixed up the name of Terrace Cafe with Seabourn's Colonnade.😉
  13. Apologies! Having just done 3 cruises on 3 different lines I am getting brain fuzz! Obviously I mean Terrace Cafe on Riviera!
  14. I found the food as good as ever on my trip in April. I'd forgotten just how good the Colonnade evening buffet is. I did find the GDR as disappointing as ever though.
